Dandelion Root As Diuretic

Hi Guys

Been reading up on dandelion root as natural diuretic and is found in some fat burners these and got kinda curious if someone used just dandelion root on its own whether it be the drops or the pills?? really keen to just drop that last water as im at 11% bf and just want to cut that liiiitle bit of water to get a little more definition before we hit the beaches .. so if you guys have used it any suggestions or feedback would be awesome

The reviews seem very good for dropping water.

You need to have a lower bf % to really benefit from water weight loss. Also this is only temporary and you might have a water retention rebound effect. Justin Thacker uses it with combination with vit c. Will post it later

As said earlier you need to have quite a low bf% to start with

Noticed considerable waterloss around abdominal area as well as face

How long can you continue using Dandelion Root

Does it have any side effects on liver etc. ?

i used dandelion root and a few other vitamins leading up2 a photoshoot I did last year, wasn't too bad at all. its nothing amazing n terms of competition standards, but def helped dry me out
