Hi Guys

I do not sell the product nor am i trying to sell the product this is just my view or review on it.

So yesterday i was walking around Dischem and i was chatting to the fella in the supplement section. I told him what supps i was using and i asked if there is anything else that i might want to consider.
So he asked if i have ever used a pre-workout, to which my reply was no as i dont really battle with my energy that much. (Of course there is 1 or 2 days where you not into it but i just get on non the less.)

I asked him what it does and what i can expect.
So after his explanation i asked what he suggests.
I was shown Nano Vapor by Muscle Tech, a bit pricey but i bought it anyways.

So this AM i thought let me go in and try this new supp of mine.
Well gents let me tell you.....HOLEY kak sticks.....this product really makes you push through anything and everything. I had it 30 mins before my workout and i only used 1 scoop. When i got to the gym i was really amped for training. I was not rushing or shaking or anything like that. I was just REALLY focused. Chest and triceps were SO PUMPED that i couldnt even touch my nose with my finger tip and i could not put my hands together out in front of me.
I was doing heavier weights than normal and i felt as if i could literally just do that 1 more....and 1 more.....and 1 more. LOL INSANE!!!
Muscle tension, focusing on that particular muscle group, focusing on Form. its all there.
Its now over an hour and a half since i trained and my pumps are still there slightly. It also raises your core temp slightly so your body is already at a nice temp by the time you get to the gym.

Anyways just thought i would share this with you guys.
Later

I used to use a local preworkout that costed next to nothing that made me feel so. Until I found out 2 teaspoons of jacobs coffee, creatine hcl or mono + 30g oats done the exact same thing lol

I don't think ill ever use a preworkout again,but that's just me

Yeah look i have never felt the need for it, i just thought id give it a try.
Yes i definitely agree that it is pricey.

Apparently it helps with good gains and also good muscle recovery.

Look its all trial and error for me as i want to compete next year. Im not on tons of gear so if i can get most of my gains from supps im sure my gain loss will be minimal yeah?

I take Biogen Whey Protein, Either Joe Weider amino 6000 or Aminogen before workout. I also add a heaped teaspoon of L-glutamine to my shake post workout.
I will use this 40 serving tub then i will give what you guys do a try.....obviously cause i cant splash out every month for this product. Just the food alone is killing me financially.

Thanks for your views gents much appreciated.

Its ok to try it out, I'm just saying there are more cheaper even better ways to go about doing it. Personally I'm not a fan off supps, I use as little as possible these days with good reason and u can save a lot as this game is expensive

So i have been using The Nano Vapor now for what......approx 15 days as i dont take it on my rest days obviously. I do find that some days that even when taking it i just dont have the drive as others but i guess that just comes down to what i ate the night before and how i slept.

This morning i got a little to clever and upped my scoop to scoops.....BAD IDEA. Lol
I Trained like a animal yes and i lifted heavier than i normally would (not by a huge amount roughly 10%)BUT towards the end of my training i had serious hot flushes and had a couple sudden urges to throw up.
So my training ended and i decided to do some deadmill sprints.....This did not last to long. Before i knew it i was crouching next to the porcelain bowl shouting RALPH. Not a cool experience at all.
Alas once all was out i felt like a new person. LOL
