Fat Burners VS CLA - Help please was created by Riddin
I have heard alot about fat burners, I have used fat burners and they have given me results. The also have some nasty side effects which I don't like. Someone has suggested I tried CLA because they are more natural and are stimulant-free? Is this true?

Can anyone give me advice on which one is better and does CLA work?

Thanks

CLA's might assist somewhat but IMHO this doesnt do anything, well to me atleast

Rather get a trusted fat burner, and if you dont like stims then just diet and train hard, not really a need for fatburners

Honestly I have tried CLA and it had no effect on me what so ever,I would take a decent fat burner over CLA.

Results you get from CLA will probably be more placebo than the actual CLA working. Studies show it hardly has an affect and sometimes contradictory (increases in weight lol). I've tried it back in the day with results only from my diet change, not the supplement.

1) If you want to supplement with fat molecules - take omega 3's every night. They money you spend there will bring greater benefit than most OTC retail fat burners.

2) If you are set on using commercial fat burners, look for ones containing caffeine, synephrine, DHEA and green tea extract (proven to work).

3) If you want a more effective approach, consider ONE of the following: Yohimbe and/or Clenbuterol, Fat Furnace Fifteen, GW501516 and Tribulus, ECA stacks.

CLA is a poor fat burner. Any fat loss while using CLA is either due to diet or the placebo effect. One can paint a promising picture, but in the end a complete waste of money.

hi guys

not to hijack a thread but wouldnt L-Carnitine work in a similar fashion to that of CLA by "mobilising fat stores for energy" without the stim effect of caffiene's and psuedoeph's etc

but like Rhino said try the fff

Hey man, "mobilising fat stores for energy" is way to vague and generic. Nobody likes to answer questions like that. But here goes...

CLA works on your PPAR (molecular signalling system), which relates to fat burning (among other things).

L-Carnitine assists in your mitochondrial health, thus potentially helping you burn a bit more fat (if you are deficient in it).

BOTH are over-hyped IMO.
