Correct, I get 3.6lt on off days and about 6lt on training days. I drink the extra 2.4 odd lt whilst I train.


I start to feel naar if I drink a lot of water while training some days.

I have endless thirst while I train but I am on a three day split plus cardio all at the same time, next day off.

Well back to your feeling run down, have 2 big cheat meals, 1 tonight and 1 tomorrow, see how u feel Thursday morning after that. Have so oven bake chips, home made burger, and a powerade and a bag of jelly babies for example this will determine if u are overly depleted or not over the next 2 days. If u feel right as rain after that then u know u are under eating or over training

U will need to have the cheat meals on top of your current meals to bring u out of a major calorie deficit
