Pre-Workout Options was created by Nate40
Hi guys,

Fillet mentioned he was back to 1MR as his pre. Just wanted to check on what that is.

I started with Berserker from Titan Labs but I crashed every afternoon like a mf. Was hectic.
I now use NO-Explode which is working okay. Getting good vascularity right after a workout. The pump is good. What does the forum think of this product?

Today I will do what I never thought possible!

You will get many opinions here bro as each man has his own flavour. I would add the evox 3dt is the worst i have tried.

Been getting awesome vascularity from the NO-Explode. And just added the Isomax from Titan Labs for recovery. So gonna stick to these. Unless anyone thinks I can get better pump from one of the other products?

I don't use a PWO on cycle. I think it's better to save it for PCT when you need a bit of help

I have heard that Ganif F causes a crash later in the day, and that your bod gets used to it very quick.

Ganic f made me want to throw up each time I drank it never got used to the taste , did give a kick but not worth it because of the taste.
Hell fire tasted better but did not do anything for me except gave me some itching and tingling skin feeling.
Titan labs berserker was bad tasting but bearable and gave a good pump and rush but one hell of a crash and it usually start to wear of before the end of my workout.
I have bought myself most recently the MW nitrogen x- hardcore but have used it only once now, I should say the crispy apple is not bad at all and gave me good pumps and energy but made parts of my skin red so be prepared to look like a tomato in the gym if you are sensitive , had no crash at the end I will be using this and see if my body will get use to the stimulants or does it last to buy again.

Yes Berserker from Titan Labs had a great kick but it also kicked me down the stairs when I crashed.

Heard good things about those Nitrix Caps from SSA. They working for you?

The endless search for a good pump haha

pre work outs should be the base for a good work out, solid nutrion should be. but how ever when energy is failing and u still wiping the sleep from your eyes after a nap at your desk and need to train with a bit of a kick my vote goes to 1.) LERT tablet with BCAA or if u like some thing in your shaker 2.) purus labs condense.

Hellfire works for me, personally the Evox pre workouts 3DT3 and amino energy does nothing for me. Fan of supplement SA

Pre workouts that have worked for me are

Grenade - tastes horribly strong but works for me.
Purus Labs Condense - worked first time, second time few months later I got used to it quickly.
Muscle Works Hardcore Nitrogen X - good and cheap, but get used to it after 2 weeks.
1mrp BPI
Supprisingly Nutritech Vaso NO3 which is stimulant free.

Not so good ones

Berseker ! did not effect me at all - took a 6 scoop dosing once, nothing.
3DT
3DT2
Ganic F

I use a different pre every month, and have noticed it all depends on how your body reacts to it, each person reacts differently.

Give me the strength to forgive those who curl in the sqaut rack

Going to stock up on a few things tomorrow...have been on muscletech nurocore and enjoyed it quite a bit. Anyone know of something similar to the old formula jack3d? Also any suggestions on a good bcaa?

I'm not a huge fan of pre workouts. I normally just mix a batch of whey concentrate and 5 mg bcaa with 5 mg glutamine and have that about 45 minutes prior to working out

@Nate40: Best I've come up with is Nutritech Vaso NO3 + 100mg caffeine + 5mg creatine. Alternatively make your own from raw supps if you have the patience. ;)

The old Evox 3DT is like a mild version (different amounts, same ingredients) of the original Jack3d. It's the Schizandrol A and DMAA that gives it it's unique kick. Berserker from Titan Labs is similar. Remember, you won't find some pre-workouts at pharmacies due to ingredients used.
