hi gents
So I know diet and cardio is key...but I struggle with the fat disposition around my middle...I have a bit of a tube and love handles I just can't get rid of..anybody have any advice what I can take to get rid of it...as a matter of interest I'm starting my next Test cycle middle of June.

A ketogenic diet works the best for those stubborn fat deposits. Especially for us fatties who hoard all our fat around the abdomen that last bit of fat has been there for many years and it is as stubborn as a third world dictator. If you focus on your diet and training then you just need to give it time. Don't give up when times get hard! Unfortunately the fat burners that work best for this purpose are all stimulatory.

im struggling with the same issue, maybe a bit worse tho.. i would definitely recommend IF(intermittent fasting)... it has helped me lose about 12kg since feb. easy as hell too!! B)

ok well like the thread oupa posted, there are a few ways to do it, although i choose to mix it up a bit... make it fit my lifestyle!

twice a week i do a 24 hour fast (from 7pm - 7pm)and every other day i fast for 16hrs (7pm - 11am)and eat my calories in the remaining 8 hours.

this allows me to cheat a bit, more flexibilty, more manageable!!

i train 6 days a week, i know im gona get it for this, but i do ful body workouts EVERYDAY, my goal is fat loss after all - thankfully im not losing any muscle, i upped my protein, getting in about 130g a day..

Well actually no I don't. . Id love to tho but the halaal issue of those aminos... but like I said, thankfully im not losing any muscle mass.. I did read some articles that say IF raises GH and that helps with sparing lean muscle

Take a look at CLA for stubborn fat dispositions and Gaba . A lot of people thinks Gaba is only for sleep but the reports we get on fat loss with the use of Gaba is tremendous. It raises your natural growth hormones which leads to an increase in lean mass and obviously an increase in your metabolic rate.

Diet, training (especially Cardio) and time...
I have been drinking ZMA, Gaba, BCAAS, Glutamin, cla and Creatine on a daily basis as part of my diet, and it has made a huge difference to my lean mass and fat%. Remember that you also retain lots of water around your stomach area.

I just noticed my thread is loaded haha...I'm in the middle of exams so haven't had time to reply...great advice so far..I'll return with more feedback and questions as soon as I have time to write an essay one here...
