You will crash because of the sugar in the coke. You will have a high (insulin spike) from the sugar and caffeine and if you didn't take a complexed carb 30 minutes or so before your workout as a carb base or shortly after your coke you will crash or go in to hypoglycemia which is basically a sugar crash.

That is why Dextrose is recommended only after workouts ;)

lol the crash is horrific!!! but the workout is d shit!!! see when i train, i squash my full body workout in as short a time as possible... but yesss... that crash is evil lol :whistle:

no stomach cramps but that crash... lol...

man kali muscle is king! you guys gotta try it.. maybe on a active rest day or something.

Well I must say I decided to try it kali style off you tube, hit about 200ml coke and some strong coffee, 4 heaped spoons. It works, no stomach discomfort and tastes mountains better than preworkouts. Good shit. I may just stick with it, plus, I know what I am drinking. Did not crash either...

I may give this a try. If you having carbs such as oats pre workout, will the crash be less severe as explained by Ondier ?

Will give it a go and see how my body likes it
