Fat Burners was created by angel11
Hi. I am new here so be gentle ;)

I am a 29 year old female. I weight 64kg, 1.75m tall. I weighed 76kg this time last year, and managed to drop to 60.6kg but this was due to cancer treatment that I had to go through, and I was barely eating. I then enrolled for a training program with a WBFF coach, and she said that she needed to up my weight. She worked out a nutrition and training plan which I follow to the T. I have therefore picked up 3.5kg already. (still wear the same size 32 clothes so I am hoping this is mostly muscle). I am training to do fitness modelling.

Now she says it is good that I pick up weight (psychologically i still sometimes struggle with the fact that the scale is going up and not down), but that my body fat should remain about the same that it is now. My bodyfat is currently on 15.4%.

Supplement wise I use Whey protein Isolate, L-Glutamine, BCAA, CLA, Vitamin C and Magnesium. I am looking into fat burners now to maintain my body fat.

I have used Bee Sting as it was recommended by a supplement store owner, but I am not sure if this is actually working. Firstly it doesn't seem to give me a great energy boost other than a boost about an hour after taking it. I take one in the morning and one midday. I haven't really noticed any fat burning effects either.

I previously used Detonate (the original one and not the new one they brought out now). This worked amazingly well for me. Now from what I understand, Ripped Freak and HEAT both have similar ingredients to Detonate. I read excellent reviews on Ripped Freak but its quite pricing. There isn't much info on HEAT.

I know that ECA is great for fat burning but Bee Sting really didn't seem to help. I carry most of my weight in my legs and I know that Bee Sting is apparently great for this but could it be that it just doesn't work for some people?

Any advice on alternative fat burners?

Firstly congratulation on your accomplishment I take my hat of to you.
Personally I feel fat burners are a bit of a gimmick, not saying they don't work, however if you get the your diet up to par it should be able to lose the extra weight. Here
is an excellent video on how to plan the diet.
And my personal advise to you is buy a measuring tape and measure your body every month as well as go for a body fat test every 2 months, this will show you if you are building muscle; lossing weight or gaining fat and also remenber the scale is not as accurate as the mirror and the measuring tape, also muscle weighs more that fat so keep that in mind and stay motivated

Thanks to all the comments. Great having somewhere you can turn too for advise.

I am taking pictures as I go along and I can definitely see the difference, but as I said, its a psychological thing if you see the scale going up when you worked so hard to get it down. :cheer:

My diet is good and I keep to it, but it's difficult as my trainer needs me to up my calories but leave my fat percentage as it is now. Feels like a double edged sword at this stage.

You can use the together you won't get any adverse reactions, but it doesn't make sense to take both together because the one will be for super focus and study time where the Clenbuterol will absolutely kill your ability to study and focus.
