Hai guys

What are the must have supp's in your opinion??

For me I think a multi-vit , iso whey , dextros and a good solid diet is the way to go as and maybe add in some omega 3

My must have supps are just creatine monohydrate. vit c. multi vit. and now and again fish oils. Rest is all a good diet and eating.

However adding Whey is also a good component but not as needed if your diet is good. but it jas it advantages in supplementing a diet.

Dont get caught up in wanting to buy every single supp there is. Food means more. way more

Give me the strength to forgive those who curl in the sqaut rack

Must haves for me

Whey Concentrate
Creatine HCL ( even though mono is beter i just like the harder feeling i have on hcl )
Multivit
Joint Support ( wish i could always use deca :( )

I really dont belive in supplementing Glutamine as its the most abundant amino acid and if you have just have regular good diet you are covered and bcaa's for me are only sensible while cutting when one is restricted in terms of calories etc

Thats just my 2c

Depends on the goal or the problem obviously.

I just assume you mean for growth? In that case it has to be a good amino blend. Most of these are quite pricey so I would drop buying whey and double up on the aminos and drink liberally. A good blend would consist:

Leucine
Alanine
Glycine
Glutamine
Taurine.

A must have for "general health" would be a good quality greens product. MTS Machine Green + Multi is a very good product.

Those two supps will be money well spent in my opinion.
