Muscle Wellness used to be called Muscle Works, their online shop is called Supplement Factory. I've always liked their raw products, never used anything else from them. Their vegan protein is popular, apparently tastes better than pure pea protein.

Gateway Health aren't unique in this, but I just found the methods a bit surprising.

I am not aware of any "funny business" guess I don't know much..

I noticed the logo was the same as muscle works but didn't think it would be their new name.
Was thinking of giving their product a go but then saw nutritech 5kg mass builder was going for R365 (strawberry only though) and got that instead

Did you get to see the investigation Dischem and Tuks did about supplement macro claims (label) vs actual tested content? Nutritech Mass Gainer was a big culprit, with 80% difference. Numbers per 100g were *about* 50g P 30g C claimed vs. 11g P 80g C actual. Not sure if if nutritech has addressed this since then though. I've still got the results if anyone is interested?

hey bud, yes I saw that test. I have previously used it with good results (at least it felt like it worked) and I have some friends who are using it with good results.

Aweh, there you go. If it works you don't need to be deterred by fine details. Obviously your body makes good use of the carbs/ have a naturally fast metabolism/ rest of your diet has carbs in check with the mass gainer.

For me, I just smell a mass gainer and I get fat lol.

at 60grams of carbs I don't find it that much actually.

to add, I also half the sizes during the day and only have a full serving after training.
I also have that carb issue where I see exactly where it went as soon as I finished the meal/shake lol
