There was not intention to sound clever or any claim to have written the information. I have been on an epic journey the last 19 years, sadly almost losing the battle many times over.

So next was Bernard Jensen and his colonic story with deep tissue cleansing.

All of Holford books help with understanding the basics of vits etc.

I realised young that so many of the health issues I has revolved around oxidative damage. So the next progression was a in depth research project into oxygen therapies. The book flood your body with oxygen by ed mccabe changed my life and brought hope to a broken life and health situation. I was blessed to be able to buy the top of the range ozone cabinet and ozone generator from Canada (Longevity Resources Inc.) and start applying all the alternative health practises to my life. It saved my life. From there I got into TCM in a quest to solve adrenal burnout causes from my love for energy drinks and my fancy foot work on them dance floors in my youthful days.

What is Ozone RHP ?

I know it's not exactly what you refer to, but I have had a couple of PRP (PLATELET-RICH injection) which helps amazingly for torn muscles or tendons. Only problem is that any kind of those treatment are referred to as blood doping and illegal in most countries. Medical aid also doesn't cover such treatments. As for the Ozone treatment, I can imagine that it would work awesomely, just think it's going to be a mission and very expensive to get such treatments here.

Are there any such centres here in SA already?

Two questions.

What is your take on those inner soles that you put in your shoes and the pull "gunk" out of your body? There are also a type of plaster that you stick under your foot and also supposed to filter out toxins I used it for a while but passed out a few times but it stopped when I stopped using them.

Then the body's biorhythms? What is it? Want does it do? Why one friend trains natural and only eats organic food he invests thousands on organic food and he has made unbelievable progress he looks like a natural bodybuilder and is strong gmhe regularly talks about his biorhythms and how he feels when they are in sync or not?

Tjeer Oupa and some of us don't have that time. Many times i entered a post to find that guy posted soo much k*k that i just exit same time just to find the real replies are at the very end of the line.If i enter 'useless tos' into Google search i find a post from thanks-a-mil that says 'So we all wonder what useless tos is? ,Well i'm here to explain it to you in a simple 10 page load down ,just have your credit card ready' lol :lol:
