Its taken me three days to get proper banking details as I have not used them before and I still don't have them, so, I have given up and will get elsewhere. Solal and Biogen have a fairly strong dosage in their caps. Dischem. Don't have time to fck around.

R270 for 500g they also have 1kg.
What you gonna use 6g per day one 3g dose Pre workout and 3g Pre bed?

28g per day, don't get confused yet Red Bull as I will start a thread on this to help a lot of us roid rangers, I have been playing guinea pig again.
