Fat Burning Cream... Educate me was created by Titan
Hi all

So I am researching these fat burning cream, but from what I can gather this name is a misnomer.
It seems like these creams usually transport Yohimbine HCL, Caffeine, and L-Carnitine through the skin "targeted Fat Loss" if you will.

From what I can tell the most common protocol for these creams are:
Applying the cream to stubborn fat areas, such as the abs an lower back, warping it in cling wrap and covering this with a waist trainer and then exercise

Does anyone think there is validity to this practice?

uhmmm, no.

Snake oil. Plain and simple.

Experience comes from bad judgement.

It's going to increase water loss at the area. For the waist trainer bit, if you are pre-adolescence it'll have permanent affects.

Edit: Also- L-carnitine absorbs well through skin. I don't really believe in l-carnitine as a fatburner (because it's not effective, studies prove, lol) but there is evidence of other minor benefits.

I am looking for conclusive evidence that L-Carnitine assists fat loss in any form. From what I see it only aids in fat loss in the case of a deficiency, and sometimes in rats.

Exactly. If your mitochondria are screwed up yeah it'll help, if you are deficient it'll help. As for injection, it's more bioavailable, what the end results is, I'm not so sure. I've heard of guys that compete that use it their cutting regimes.

I think guys that use it on a cut use it to take advantage of its effect on the androgen receptors
