It's tough coming off a great cycle and seeing everything fade away, I hear you. Losing some muscle is normal, gaining fat and losing a lot of muscle comes down to loss of motivation and training, bad diet and/or high estrogen to test ratio, which is what this sounds like. What did your cycle and PCT look like?
Best thing is to have blood work done and see where your levels are. You need to know is it low test, high estrogen, high SHBG, any number of things could be causing the issue.
I know some guys recommend running hcg to try deal with the issue after PCT but I'd really recommend getting blood work done. Natural test boosters just don't cut it, otherwise they'd also be prescription only. You can diet and supplement optimally, which it seems you are, but getting true increases in Test is just not that simple. You can also take a good anti oxidant with grape seed extract to try deal with estrogen but again, it's not prescription level stuff.
