ORGAN SUPPORT SUPPS

Hey all

I have been on NPL Organ Support now for about 6 months. I have to say I find it a great supplement and was wondering what you guy who use gear use for organ support like this. Is there other brands out there and which do you prefer.

Reason I like the NPL is that it helped my liver values get back to normal when I just started it. It also says it helps with heart, kidneys and other things which I found quite interesting. Pretty happy with it.

Your thoughts on it or others and your experiences would be appreciated

It's quite good. Wouldn't do much for very heavy cycles, but it's a good supplement to have in the arsenal. It's based roughly on Rich Piana 5% Nutrition Liver & Organ Defender - you'll notice the similarities, although quite underdosed compared to the 5% one and a few ingredients are missing. I'd get some TUDCA as well with N-Acetyl-Cysteine. Works great.

The best thing you can do for your kidneys is ensure your blood pressure is controlled and that you don't go too crazy on your protein intake.

Another product I forgot to mention. My Functional doctor prescribed it to me.

Most of you might already be familiar with it.


Beta-sitosterol

What are the benefits of beta sitosterol ?

Beta-sitosterol is said to lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of some cancers. It also is said to relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) . How beta-sitosterol works is not known. It may be related to cholesterol metabolism or anti-inflammatory effects.

And my Pharmacists gave me A. Vogel Berberis for my Kidneys.
