Hi, I am busy formulating my own Creatine/NO booster. I will be combining the following from raw materials:

Creatine Ethly Ester Hcl
L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate
L-Citrulline Maleate
Vit C

I am planning to reach a dose per serving of 5gram creatine, 10 gram Arganine, 1 gram Vit C and am still unsure about how much Citrulline. This is where some input will be appreciated.

Still doing my research but wondered if anyone had tried this or has any comments.

I would make it so that it is half a gram (500mg) VitaC per serving, assuming u have two split servings a day. Otherwise if only having one serving then leave the Vita C out and have it separately as two 500mg servings a day as too much Vita C is not healthy. I also assume u have this before a workout since arginine is a vasodilator, so again i would leave the vitamin c out because during exercise you produce free radicals which cause damage to DNA and since Vita C is an antioxidant it would be better to take VitaC after ur gym workout.

Beesting, thanks for the info on Vit C. I usually take 1000mg before training at 05h00 and another 1000mg at night. I will from tomorrow take the Vit C post workout.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Great, thanks for the input. I am basing the inclusion of the vit c on this article i found www.flexonline.com/viitamin_c_arginine/nutrition/119 . I do agree that I should half the dosage and maybe of the arganine as well.

Am thinking of using a Arganine Esther instead, thus it should survive the first pass through the liver. That was my reasoning in using 10 gram of regular L-Arganine, as there would only be approx 50% left after the liver is through with it.

I feel like I am leaving out an important active ingredient as far as no boosters go.......will go back and check.

I make my own pre-workout No booster as well:
7g Arg-HCl
7g Creatine
100mg caffeine
2.5g taurine
water

Most guy will need a stronger stimulant kick but I find vascularity is effected well for me.
