I use Creatine, Taurine, L - Glutamine and BCAA in my pre and post workout shake. Seems to do the trick.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

try adding beta-alinine to the above mentioned for the pre workout

I add waxy maize starch to my BCAA & L-glutamine pre and post workout cocktail.
