Creakic, Gakic, Leukic and Nausea

I've been taking these products now and i must just say that i get incredible nausea about half an hour after taking them... Anybody get the same, and what the cuase could be?

All that stuff still have to go through your liver. Its complaining!

the liver processing the stuff is whats causing the nausea... never thought of that

Agreed but do you know how much juice you could have gotten for that price? And the yields would have been 200% better.

I think you'd get better results with plain old creatine monohydrate for R50.

My poor mate baught himself anator from muscle tech R900 For 16 servings,and and u use it after every work out..its insane,he also used Creakic, Gakic, Leukic combo following the anator,he maintaned his body fat,and picked up an amazing 0.0kg,its sad.

They show how they took muscle techs b4 an after fotos thats on their bottles all in the same day,they also show how they foto shop the previousely fat guy into a dude with a six pack,with the same fotos taken da same day,it makes me sick.

They also show Christian Boeving,who is a model for muswcle tech,they inter view him and he admits that he uses steroids but makes it seem that its muscle techs suppliments,they ask him if he doesnt think its wrong,he then tunes the people shouldnt be so dumb to believe him in the adds,what is wrong with the basterds!!

I wount use eney other suppliments than what i get from a professor at a local university,it works,and its cheap...

i heard abt LSJ suppliments or somthing,eney 1 know sumfing abt it...?

You beat me to it, i was about to post the Chtistian Boeving clip. Muscletech fired him as soon as they heard he took part in the documentary, they hadn't even seen it yet.

i am glad he came out with the truth though..I hate them for lying to the public,i used to suport them alot,but never again..and i bet muscle tech fired him not because he was on steroids,but because he told the people...i have the whole documentry,have u seen it?

ja i hear you, but during those times that you not on juice i find that Muscletech works the best...for me anyway! As for the cost.. yes it's Moers expensive... no argument there

I use EVOX, its great!!!! I think its the best...

But now I have moved to LSJ protein... starting to get used to the product bland like that.. just slightly gag when I add glutamine with it... but hey got to love it

My girlfriend refuses to drink the stuff, so more for me half the time mine isn't even mixed properly and I have these lumps going down.... but like I said throw the glutamine in and it changes the whole flavour for the worse LOL!!!

@ Happyraven - I must say that Vit5 does have a gag factor! I can put it into capsules but then I definately need to know a lot of guys will be taking it!

@00Pump - Invest in a stickblender - really worth it! I mix mine with P&P no name Choc mix. Very cheap and not too much carbs in a teaspoon that makes all the difference. I also add my glutamine with the whey so I know what you mean! (Drop me a mail with regards to the B-series)
