This is very interesting and i see the author has written articles debunking the use of glutamine as well. I do understand his reasoning and the proof he has brought to the fore. Just so much info, and who do you trust????? Although i do think the supp co's are full of it.

I have also heard/read that NO boosters inhibit the actual process of nitric oxide within your blood. Dont know if this is true but personally I find that they do work but only with supps like Explode etc.

they are full of shit true, but go and buy the supp, use it for 2weeks or 3months, depending on what supp it is, and feel for urself if u feel any diffrence. then u can decide for urself.

Bottom line is.... before all these products came out, where their still monstors yes?
