Saizen, the first time I used it, I got itchy and i was still a new member on the forum and the guys started tuning me if I dry myself properly after a shower and do I shower and blah blah...until they realised I was a chick and all the apologies came, lol, but I do flush if I take lava but only for two or three days and then its fine

The initial flush is from the vitamins more than the stimulants... The stims do give a slight hot flushed look as well though that lasts much longer.

Lava is perfectly fine for female use.
As for use by a diabetic I'm not sure now, will have to check that one up when I have more time tomorrow. Rather do some research on how adrenergic stimulants affect insulin, blood glucose, etc, before jumping strait in...

I don't know a whole lot about diabetes, but the only worry I can find is the sudden spike in blood glucose that stimulant like caffeine and ephedrine can give by amplifying the effects of adrenaline.

Stil, start off slow and at low doses.
