Conjugated Linoleic Acid was created by acidkidsa

I just bought myself like 120 caps of this stuff.

It help for fat loss and muscle gain , so I have read?

Anyone tried this ??Experienced anything worth mentioning :

Not much will happen with 120 caps, not much evidence for its fat loss properties but if u plan to get results you will need to run it for approx 6 months, its only really effective with long term use

That is no good then.

Well it was only R100 bucks for 120 (1000mg).

I thought seen I am taking so many other substances that aid
for fat loss ( Gaba and so on) I thought one more wouldnt hurt

Well I'd still use it but its kind of a waste to run it for a month. Where'd u manage to get them for that price? and what brand?

I got it from Checkers Hyper.The one in the Westrand off 14th ave.

Brand name:Unique Formulations (see through yellow container)

Also picked up some,I take 6g a day and will use it longterm,an ex of mine used it over a few months,no real change in her diet or training and it did have a noticable effect after about 3 months,will let you know

I got ssn 180 caps for R200 odd enough for me for a month,I am only 3 days in sooooo ?

If I could afford it I would get some. Was looking at getting enough for 6g+ a day for 12 months, but budget is tight. Like mentioned above it certainly has a positive effect (I felt it helped me before), but in the lit and from experience only really helps after several months.

Ok will be guinea pig,so what's optimal for 100 odd kg guy?I always heard its only effective 6g up?stick at 6g or more?will go pick up a few more packets of the ssn one today and give it a proper 6 month run

1 gram = 1000 milligrams

I wanted to get some in at one stage but allthough there are some proof that it works it seemed like there have not been a lot of studies done on it.

However I do not see it as a bad sup. For what its worth I know of woman (46) that tried it end of last year and drop 3kg without changing diet or training. She was a bit overweight but not fat.
