I've used pump in the past and luved it but to expenses. strorm is nice for post and im currently using it plus u get 80 servings per container which is excellent.

Rather go for storm with something like creapump or no blast if ur on a budget

I used Storm with universal shock therapy for a looong time. Pak, MStak and stak2. Was strong.
It also cost a shitload. Rather stick to the basics. Get the creatine, glutamine, argenine etc from basicsuplements and forget all this crap.

Tried quite a few samples of pre workouts the last 2 weeks. Currently have shock therapy in my cupboard. To be totally honest: the best bang for buck in my opinion will be as pre workout: creapump with 1 caffein cap (creapump sells at R179 for 25 servings at your pick a pay pharmacy store and supplements sa have caffein caps which sells for R99 for 120 caps). Only prob with creapump is the mental kick which is lacking. The caffein cap sorts that out. Nothing wrong with the pump in creapump.
As post workout that storm sounds as excellent choice. Never used it but at 80 servings im sure its a great buy
