Hey bro.

My personal opinion. For a beginner, stick to:

1. A protein shake. And a whey shake.
2. Creatine .
3. A Multivitamin.

From there, you can start adding stuff on that will enhance your workout (in time).

first things first is getting in all your food in a month, your whey should be apart of your food bill, look at spending abouts a month on food and whey and essentils like a multi vitamin and efas. then if u have money after that then u get creatine to add to your post work out shake, then u get a pre/intra work out drink. u need to make sure that your food is all paid for...without calories u arent gonna grow.

A whey shake wheys more:)

By protein shake I meant like, the normal ones, with high carbs. Whey's have very low carbs.

If you get your diet right you only need to supplement your daily protein and carb intake with a protien supplement...just a top up.

The fact that you will be hitting the gym hard and placing your system under stress means that a priorityu should be your vitamen supplement...look for a good sports multi-vitamen from a reputable brand...

If you are only starting to work out I would advise waiting about 3 months of solid work outs before hitting the creatine. I say this because using it straight away leaves you with nothing to compare to when trying to see the benefits of using creatine. The benefits of creatine are only really seen if your body has been depleted of creatine and then you supplement. It will give your workoit a boost and help break through a plateau. If you alrady have a high level of creatine you wont see any benefits and you`ll be wasting your money....

My 2c

1. get diet from dj
2. why protein from basic supps
3. Multi vit (ON opti men is the best in my opinion)
4. If budget still alows then get creapump as pre workout (if you really feel you need one), its cheap, contains creatine ect, maybe just add little caffein
5. Glutamine (maybe more important as no 4. This also from basic supps
