Milkthistle or purs labs organ shield or both

I take milkthistle as a standard supplment daily. I've read good things about organ shield from purus labs and want to give it a go during my next cycle.

My question is: if i take milkthistle anyway is it necessary for the organ shield or if i decide to take the organ shield should i stop taking the milkthistle or just use both? If not really necessary i dont see why i should spend the extra R280/month on the organ shield.

(organ shield contains 300mg milkthistle amongst other things)

The main thing was that except for milkthistle the organ shield also contains other ingredients that looks like it could be a beneficial supplement while on cycle (like coenzyme q10; saw palmeto if im not mistaken). But if milkthistle by it self is more than efficient for the liver then it would make organ shield unnecesary in my case

organ shield, is a on cycle protectant with various ingredients such as saw palmetto, alpha lipoic acid, it is not only for your liver like milk thistle this is also for your prostrate hence the saw palmetto
