Hi guys. Im new to this site and hopefully this is the place to find all the answers to my many questions.
I've been training for very long time. I know most of the must do and dont do's of gym, etc. But the one thing I struggle most with is my diet. I understand the whole thing about 1-1.5 g protein per kg bodyweight, etc etc but NO ONE can ever give to me in writing, a good diet that will help me gain weight. I train hard and correct, so the only thing missing in reaching my goal is my eating!!
Im on a standard budget, so i can eat 10 eggs per day, steak every meal etc... I only have the basic food stuff to work with, but im willing to go all out once i know how to put it all together. The whole thing with X-amount of calories per day i also understand, the only problem is just to know exactly how much is in what. So, if there is someone reading this, and you are willing to help me with a good diet, i will really appreciate it very much.
Im 37, 1.9m 115kg, 25% bodyfat.
