Diet problems to gain weight was created by dewey
Hi guys. Im new to this site and hopefully this is the place to find all the answers to my many questions.
I've been training for very long time. I know most of the must do and dont do's of gym, etc. But the one thing I struggle most with is my diet. I understand the whole thing about 1-1.5 g protein per kg bodyweight, etc etc but NO ONE can ever give to me in writing, a good diet that will help me gain weight. I train hard and correct, so the only thing missing in reaching my goal is my eating!!
Im on a standard budget, so i can eat 10 eggs per day, steak every meal etc... I only have the basic food stuff to work with, but im willing to go all out once i know how to put it all together. The whole thing with X-amount of calories per day i also understand, the only problem is just to know exactly how much is in what. So, if there is someone reading this, and you are willing to help me with a good diet, i will really appreciate it very much.
Im 37, 1.9m 115kg, 25% bodyfat.

dewey,25% body fat? i think you will need to get that down to 10% before you start adding in calories to gain weight,at the moment at a high BF% your body is used to storing calories not using them to repair muscle and grow... you will end up getting more BF if you try and bulk up now...if you need a custom diet that i will tell u exactly what to eat and how much to eat you can contact me through the contact us page.

Hey DJ, thanx for the reply. Just to get to the BF %. Im not 100% sure about that amount. That is what i geuss it might be, but people at the gym says it will be much less than that. i only have bit of flabbyness around the tummy, but can still see abs if i contract. rest of the body dont seem to have much. I have never before taken BF measurements becasue i never had any problems with fat. I will take a count at the gym tommorow and give you a more accurate reading.
