Flax oil or blend was created by juiced169

Hi guys bought some blended oil from dis chem its a blend of omega 3 6 9 with a ratio of 2 : 1 : 1 it was R129 for 500ml they also had plain flax oil for R79 for 500ml which one of the 2 is better and if the blend is better is it that much better to justify to spend the extra bucks

The blend is very good... but there is no proper need for 6 & 9...
Omega 3 is the vital one...
Why not get the fish oil caps from dischem... R199 for 365 caps....?

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

How many caps would you take a day? Is flax only omega 3? If so maybe thats a better option to go for next time as it was cheaper

In all honestly... i am not sure which Omega Flax is. You should be able to google that.

You would maybe take 6 caps a day... 3 in the morning and 3 with dinner... Or some guys do 9 a day.... The fish oils are great, and work out pretty cheap.

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

The Dischem Brand of Flax seed oil (500ml) has:
Omega 3 - 52.7%
Omega 6 - 15.6%
Omega 9 - 22%

I personally prefer the Flax seed oil as it has not been modified as much as the other variants and it cost half the price.

I also just use the Flax from Dischem, its really cheap and works really well. I take 15ml twice a day.

but if you take the dischem one at 52.7% omega 3 then its 7.9g (8000mg)

Yes it is. It's normally at the back of the shop in a fridge in aisle next to the supplements.

Just make sure you getting a balance in your body. You don't necessary have to use any oils if you are getting your sources from somewhere else, so before you start popping "ANY TABLETS" make sure you know why you doing that.
