Supplement suppliers

How do you know who is the best supplement suppliers these days?Everyone want in on the action and everyone is buying the name and not the product anymore.
I am firm believer that USN is still one of the best supplements out there but I am starting to doubt that.

I would really want to know from all the guys on this forum to tell me what they have used, what they are still using and what does work.

How many different supplements do you get now??
I mean there is so much out there you don't know what to choose.
What will be the best combination to use?

Just pump it...

I only use Nutrition Lab stuff as I rate it as the best and it's produced local in Cape Town. Other good ones are Optimum Nutrition, Muscletech (if you have the bucks) and so on. Have a look on www.thenutritionlab.co.za/
I am currently taking their multi vit, T-Rex, XXX Lean Mass and L-Glutamine. Their Zestobolin is power and I had that as a component of my PCT as well. I have opted for more solid food than supplements this year. BSN and AST are good as well and then some local ones like supplements SA, muscle science and myogenic.

Biogen is made especially for Dischem by USN, or so I have been told, if I am wrong then shoot me.
Post workout look at the anabolic cuts or XXX Lean Mass (I use this one), Vitargo straight after you done your last rep and 10 mins later either of the 2 mentioned previously. The L-Glutamine they supply id free form and more supperior than most others out there (I say most cause I have not tried all of them). Why you want more addons to meals? Why not just eat more? I personally prefer less supps and more food as a supplement should be just that, to supplement not to replace.

The Nutrition Lab has got some great stuff but also lekker expensive man...LOL...
But it looks worth it.
I think a CUTZ Anabolic Muscle,T-Rex 500 and Zestobolin ED400 with a good diet good do the trick.....

Or what about the USN combo with
Muscle Fuel Dynamic
Pure Protein
Mega Anabolic Stack
Protein GenetX (post workout shake)
Nitrox CE3
L- Glutamine
with a good diet could also do the trick.....

What doyou think?

I am not a USN fan at all and you really asking the wrong person, but that's just me and am sure loads of other people will disagree, but I do not like their products at all. Looking at what you suggested, you can get all that with Nutrition Lab.

They supply 100% Whey Protein, Zestobolin which is a test booster and contains NO as well, take an hour before training and you will feel the pump and anabolic cuts pre-workout and XXX Lean Mass post or anabolic cuts or 100% pure whey.

I must ask, why so many supps, why not solid foods? I can understand test boosters and NO for pumps and glutamine is a must, but why so many shakes?

Well after reading up on some these things USN is out and Labs in.
My solid foods are still going to be 5 times a day.
The CUTZ Anabolic Muscle is for during the day between meals.
T-Rex 500 is for my post work out
and the Zestobolin ED400 is just for my test boost....

I dont think that is to much shakes....
Wont be taking only that.....

Ok, well lets ask Doctari's opinion here as he has allot better knowledge of their range and what supps are best to fit where. He can also supply you with the contact details of how to order when you have settled on what you would like. Doctari .... the floor is yours!

As I have mentioned before, I unfortuanetely need to rely heavily on supps and MRP's due to my work - just don't get time to eat more than 4 solid meals a day. At this stage I'm consuming calories every 150 so minutes.

I use all NTL's products, not just because of my affiliation to them, but because they are just more superior. I won't disagree - they do cost more, but excellence is always more expensive.

Don't misunderstand me, I do also use other products from other companies. I just absolutely love Vitargo and can't go through a day without it. Totally addicted to the stuff. Just ordered more today. I have used BSN's N.O.Xplode and had good results. Spoke to Mark Stent today - he also uses it, but gave Muscle Tech's Nanovapor a try - he reckons it's the best out there, so, ordered some today to give it a try. Have used Cytovox from Evox, I use Carbup from Muscle Science, and yes, I placed my first order for Muscle Tech's Liquid Beef today.

So, what I do, is to try out what I consider worthwile, and then continue using the best. I also try products from reputeable companies, those where their production lines are run by MCC aproved GMP certified fascilities.

OK, back to NTL's products. I use the T-Rex before breakfast with 2 CellEnergy caps. At 10h30 I go with WHEY MRP(previously it was called MegaWhey), 1 hour before my workout, I use MuscleCutz and 2 CellEnergy caps, post workout their pure, 100% Whey(and believe me this is not just a claim - this is real pharmaceutical grade whey) as well as before bed.

One thing people always seem to forget - supplementation makes your total calory intake easier. The expense incurred in such, should be seen as part of your grocery bill for the month. Imagine how much food you should buy, prepare and eat to get the same nutritional value as what you get from a superior grade supplement product.

,Moerhond, there is no replacement for good, solid food, but when you , like me, have to consume 4000+kCals per day and not have time to sit down and eat, supplements come in handy, but if you have time on hand, stay with solids as far as possible. If you want to know more about NTL's products, go check out www.mat-rx.com .

Knowledge is power!
