As I have mentioned before, I unfortuanetely need to rely heavily on supps and MRP's due to my work - just don't get time to eat more than 4 solid meals a day. At this stage I'm consuming calories every 150 so minutes.
I use all NTL's products, not just because of my affiliation to them, but because they are just more superior. I won't disagree - they do cost more, but excellence is always more expensive.
Don't misunderstand me, I do also use other products from other companies. I just absolutely love Vitargo and can't go through a day without it. Totally addicted to the stuff. Just ordered more today. I have used BSN's N.O.Xplode and had good results. Spoke to Mark Stent today - he also uses it, but gave Muscle Tech's Nanovapor a try - he reckons it's the best out there, so, ordered some today to give it a try. Have used Cytovox from Evox, I use Carbup from Muscle Science, and yes, I placed my first order for Muscle Tech's Liquid Beef today.
So, what I do, is to try out what I consider worthwile, and then continue using the best. I also try products from reputeable companies, those where their production lines are run by MCC aproved GMP certified fascilities.
OK, back to NTL's products. I use the T-Rex before breakfast with 2 CellEnergy caps. At 10h30 I go with WHEY MRP(previously it was called MegaWhey), 1 hour before my workout, I use MuscleCutz and 2 CellEnergy caps, post workout their pure, 100% Whey(and believe me this is not just a claim - this is real pharmaceutical grade whey) as well as before bed.
One thing people always seem to forget - supplementation makes your total calory intake easier. The expense incurred in such, should be seen as part of your grocery bill for the month. Imagine how much food you should buy, prepare and eat to get the same nutritional value as what you get from a superior grade supplement product.
,Moerhond, there is no replacement for good, solid food, but when you , like me, have to consume 4000+kCals per day and not have time to sit down and eat, supplements come in handy, but if you have time on hand, stay with solids as far as possible.
