Disturbing blood test results 3 month post PCT

So with reference to my previous cycle: Test prop + Var cycle log
Pretty much came down to:
Prop: 120mg EOD, week 1-7
Prov: 40mg ED, week 1-9
Var: 60mg ED, week 4-9
HCG: 150mg 2PW, week 5 – 10
Aromasin: 20mg EOD, week 6-10
PCT: PCT 1 in the info section
So after a long time after PCT I've still noticed very prominent irregularities (so of which I’ve notice in the months preceding my cycle). I did bloods recently to make sure I was well after the 3 months post-PCT time. I would really appreciate some input in what I should do next; I reckon a course of HCG with Nolva and Clomid to accompany but unsure of dosages.
Results:
Vitamin B12: 597pmol/l (higher than range)
TSH: 1.78 mIU/l (within range)
TSH, free T4: 1.83 pmol/l (within range)
Testosterone, total: 0.8 nmol/l (extremely low)
Testosterone, free: 9.2 pmol/l (extremely low)
SHBG: 64.3 pmol/l (within range)
ACTH: 6.8 pmol/l (within range)
Prolactin: 11 ug/l (within range)
Cortisol: 284 nmol/l (within range for time of day)
Liver tests all within range. Blood counts and quality are just slightly below normal, I’m guessing that is due to my restricted diet when I was abroad (not much red meat ect.)
Cheers in advance

@MA: Sorry forgot to include that; LH: 0.5 IE/l (below range, normal range is within 1.2 - 8.6 I understand)

In these situations docs generally first do an HCG stimulation test to determine the ability of your testes to produce testosterone, but ASIH (what you now have) is rarely due to testicular failure - the problem is usually in the brain. Don't go to a doc yet because you might just be put on high dose HCG for a month which is unnecessary. Don't run HCG at the same time as your SERMs. HCG suppresses LH and you want to get the most out of the clomid/nolva.
I'd just do 2 weeks of HCG at 500IU twice a week and then go onto 50mg clomid for 15 days and 30 days nolvadex. Then get a blood test on your last day of using nolvadex and test your LH and Free testosterone. Your test levels should then be in the normal range at that time.
Depending on how high your testosterone is there are a few courses of action you can take but you must do a blood test at the end of your PCT. You need to see how well your HPTA responds to the SERM before we decide what the best move is.

@Puro: Ja typo, my bad. Always swap them around on paper but it's impossible to swap them around if I have the bottles in my hands lol
@MA: LH was 0.5 IE/l (range is within 1.2 - 8.6) I started to freshen up on my biology and I suspect the problem is my Hypothalamus (judging by the symptoms listed for hypothalamus disorder). I reckon a lot of my symptoms I actually started experiencing before and during my cycle. I think I was just in denial – shrugging it off and “manning up”. I guess my post-PCT experience just brought it to my attention.

@ mack:
• Sexual dysfunction: 4-6 months ago it was just low libido, now I can’t get it hard and when I do, semen volume is extremely low
• Low energy
• Personality change: No inhibitions, no joy in life, mild depression (not so much recently)
• Muscle mass loss
• Decreases testicle and penis size (the doctor says they look normal sized but I know they are supposed to be bigger)
• Increased urination frequency (ie inability to “hold it in”)
• Sensitivity to atmospheric/ ambient temperature and trouble for body to maintain normal temperature
• Lowered bone strength (this may be imagination)
On the side-line, I have been supplementing with DAA over the past 2 weeks and feeling slightly better.

have you considered going on HRT?I mean it's not ideal but if it's gonna improve your quality of life then why not?

If I was you I either would focus on getting my natural testosterone restored and then not touch steroids, or go onto TRT - but then most likely be infertile. If you plan on having children in the future I would not recommend you use steroids until you have done that.
Your HPTA seems to be way to fragile and it might just take one more nudge to push it over the edge permanently. You test levels on those blood test results are lower than than many women so let's just get that fixed and forget about AAS unless you're ok with TRT.

Ja at work (abroad/ out of reach) at the moment. So my fone sporadically connects to the forum through the Tapatalk application sometimes when it’s in “sync mode” I reckon. I just popped online quick to see what’s new – haven’t been able to access the site in like 4 weeks.
Going really bad. Since my last updates I did what MA suggested and ran the HCG and now last days of PCT – no effect. Went to an endocrinologist, many blood tests later revealed a lot of creepy stuff. Low thymoglobulin, low iron, low sodium (could’ve been diarrhea the previous day) and some other weird things. I’m on iron, vitamin D, and some other things till I get back in South Africa to have another set of tests done so we can see if there has been progress.
Thanks for the inquiry, as soon as I have better answers I’d post. Anyone’s experience or thread on TRT welcome. I’m starting to fear the worst.

Back in the country and time for an update:
1. Got some blood tests done (as prescribed by my endocryologist before I left the country +2 months ago). Tested for: testosterone (free and total probably), Iron, Vit-D, some blood quality (hemoglobin, CBC, platelets, hemocrit ect.) and maybe some more. I’ll probably get the results tomorrow from a corresponding GP (although I only see my endo late December)
2. During my time out of the country I lost a lot of weight - fat and muscle. Took my measurements on the VA body tracker AKA “Guess Machine”. See below image for a shocker…
3. Down below all the same: total ED. No sexual desire, little to no energy and motivation. No sense of humour. No sense of intimacy. No motivation unless it comes to lifting – it’s pretty much the only place I feel alive and energetic.
4. Reckon I have a problem with my hypothalamus / pituatory. Expecting the endo to ask for a MRI so we can determine. Cause when I administered the HCG earlier this year there was no affect.
5. Getting my mind ready for perhaps going on TRT if the testosterone production signaling can’t get fixed. Reading some interesting threads on this forum that are almost related this, Ondier’s progress thread: HERE and Ondernemer’s question: HERE
