i had posted a query about fat burner...but i did not get any good reply
i hope u guys can help me out this time
today i got myself t3 cytomel la to burn off the fat
myofusion whey protein for post workout
ON microionized creatine for strength

am jay...i weight around 76kgs and i have lot of fat content all over body espcially near tummy region.so i worked out hard in gym for almost 45days with strict diet but found very less results.
so i decided to take t3 and to gain muscle i am planning to add myofusion whey protein and i also have low strength level so i am planning to add creatine powder post workout.....am very new to all these bodybuilding stuffs and just want to have a good lean physique..i request to give me ur valuable feedback on how to use it and precautions to be taken.

hi. if you are going to use t3 you need to take test with it.

if you havent lost any weight you are not eating correct. in 45 days you should have lost at least 5 kilos.

get your diet sorted before you use any type of sups.

am jay 24yrs male bodyfat 33percent
9am 3egg whites chapati and vegetables
12pm orange juice
2pm 3chapati with veg gravy and 3egg whites
4:30pm oat meal
5pm workout
8pm 3eggwhites and one fruit and oat meal

there is your problem right there. you are under eating. you are not eating enough whole foods. orange juice will do nothing for you but give you a sugar rush.

read under the diet section about correct dieting.

at 33% body fat you cannot use anabolic steroids for you will get gyno much eazyer that other lean guys.

no supplement for you till you sort your diet. its 80% diet 20% working out.

forget the t3 for now. at that dose you will stuff your thyriod.

lol, that diet is the worse one I have seen to date on this site.
you need way more protein in that diet chicken/beef/fish about 4 times a day, drop the orange juice, veg gravy, replace the chapati with proper carbs such as brown/basmati rice or potato/sweet potato and add some whey in as another meal right before bedtime so that you have around 6 meals per day with meals every 2/3hrs to get your metabolism going.

Rather keep your sups for now and start reading on the forums and learn more before you mess yourself up.
T3 has to be taken with Test otherwise it will eat away your muscle also.
Rather go on a proper diet, get your bodyfat % down and when your ready and clued up on the T3 then take it further.

Bud,u won't even need creatine if your diet is right, with out adequite protein intake you will build muscle,with cardio and training hard aswell. T3 will eat through any precious muscle u have built.

High OP,

I see you're struggling with explaining yourself, perhaps use a better online translator or consult a local forum that can assist you in your local language.

Just to clarify as you seem confused, t3 should NOT be used. You will loose both muscle and fat, your hard work will be in vain. The language barrier is definitely causing ambiguity regarding the thread and the information you seek and frustrating members
