I have no language barrier...... to compensate muscle loss I'll keep up the protein intake high. Am balancing it with whey protein.

increasing protein intake to supplement muscle loss is like using a band aid to keep your toe on once its been nearly cut off... you are going to loose alot of muscle using t3 with out anabolics, your diet needs alot of work first, you can actually get shredded with out t3,u are hoping for a magic bullet in a pill

no dont do that. dont cut corners. you can get gyno because you are too overweight

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

I second wot Aspoester said but just to re-iterate

NO to t3
Yes to myofusion as a protein SUPPLEMENT
Creatine NOT NECESSARY at this time

Things you need to get/do.....

a. read read read...there are no quick fixes!
1. a proper diet either from DJ or read the dieting 101 posts. They help!
2. a proper workout plan / routine (not just weights at gym)
3. but before 1 and 2 above, an assessment from a doctor or certified professional regarding your level of fitness / health and what you may or may not be allowed to do / take.

Hope this helps...
