Yes ed for the last 2 - 3weeks of my kickstart,i enjoyed 100mg but when i bumped it up like that it just took me to a new level. i won`t advise this for any beginners it really hits your liver and kidneys and if you dont take any supps and support meds for that you`d probably be playing on the edge. I`ve heard of some pro`s hitting 200mg range...very dangerous imo

I wonder whats the difference between a beginners organs and a professional organs.... ? But lets leave this discussion for another day.....

That dose is stupid and shouldn't be considered or even used by people who are not willing to risk it all for the sport.

Have to say I started on 50mg lp anaps ed.. 60 mins prior to gym

Didn't feel much difference on it bumped it to 100mg
insomnia kicked in and unbearable headaches
also first 2.5 weeks was bad on temper but it seems fine now

As per Oupa I shifted my anaps to around 11h in the morning

Felt allot better on them and it helped with the insomnia and strangely the headaches fell away due to this.

I have no explanation on the headaches that disappeared.. my guess is early morning you have less stress on your mind than late afternoon... that iss my take could be that my body is just used to the anaps now.
currently on my last 6 anaps been 3.5 weeks of great strength gains...

Im no pro but just because someone is a fresh boarder on here doesnt mean they are a beginner. Many pro`s take around 150 mg oxymethalone with no problems. But I suppose those are the ones risking everything for the sport like u say Oupa
