Did you learn about sexual reproduction in biology class at school? Your balls produce a hormone known as testosterone so tribulis enhances this productionWhat do you mean by test production?

Yeah I do end up hungry somedays but it has been working. So do you think heat is the best?
Its probably working because you are starving yourself on that diet. How many calories are you having a day and how many come from protein, carb and fat or how many grams of carb, protein and fat are you having a day? Does this weighless diet factor in your gym activity?

Well I am 1.9m tall and train 30min cardio in the mornings and 1.5 hours weight training every afternoon. I was trained by a well know trainer who's exercise program I still use today. Basically I train for 1 - 1.5hours and focus on a muscle. I train 6 times a week. Besides that I am on weighless and take CLA and Phenadrine
Why do you train 1-1.5 hours in the afternoon...thats way way too long...keep your workouts to 45 min...you are going to go catabolic after long sessions like that...your trainer doesn't know what he/she is talking about
Bump this and 6 times a week is way too much-4 times per week is more than enough-you're overtraining.
And if you can go for 1.5hrs, you're intensity isn't enough-you should be finished after 45 min and feel like you need to sleep.

BTW if I were you I would leave the tribulis and all that stuff cos I dont think you will know what to do with it and you are gonna end up taking it incorrectly, no offence, but focus on your diet and training
Agreed-get diet and training in order first and then worry about products to increase testosterone.
Start researching keto/atkins diet. There's a lot of info out there. You'll see a huge difference on this. And make sure you're getting enough protein-you need at least 250g per day of good quality protein.

Finally when you are in your mid twenties and things are going well, you can look at steroids.
For now stick around on the forums and do some learning, but as DJ Squirrel Man said, do alot of your own personal reasearch as well!
On a separate note, Yohimbe bro, I think that was some VERY bad and negligent advice recommending a highly toxic carcinogenic SERM to a 19 year old so he can increase his already abundant and more than adequate testosterone levels. VERY VERY bad advice!!! :noway
As a result I am subtracting some of your karma.
Beesting, I think your advice on using ephdrine so early in the weightloss phase was a little out of character, but you have proved yourself on the forum so I will let it slide with a warning.
Please guys, remember that we are here to help people attain their goals without killing themselves. He may become a healthy steroid user one day, but for now he needs to stay as far away from prescription drugs as possible. He hasn't even tried and OTC supplements before! He's got a long way to go.
Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

have some karma inja.Damn bro, you don't need steroids, estrogen blockers, or tribulis. You need good diet and good training. Then, once kilos are coming off in a healthy way and you looking better, you can ass in an Over The Counter fat burner like hyroxycuts. Then once your fat is down get some creatine, extra protein supplements, amino acids etc.. and switch the diet and training to putting on muscle. Then when gains start to slow add in testosterone booster (but only Over The Counter supplements).

kimokurt this is a forum that will help u with the questions u need but we are not here to teach u about supplements and hormones etc. u need to do the reading yourself, u gotta learn more about training and the right nutrition and supplements such as glutamine, creatine branch chain amino acids, caffeine, nitric oxide boosters and simple carbohydrate drinks... u also need to post up your diet and do alot more reading on nutrition, with out nutrition its like saying u want to build a house but u only have the right amount of sand and water to build the house... what u need is bricks(protein) cement(carbs) sand(fats) and water (hydration) inorder to get your body working efficently. i bet if u get this right u could do wonders in 3-5 months. taking steroids with out proper nutrition is like putting nitrous in your car but not have a engine that can handle the nitrous, the suspension and breaks to support the speed and the knowledge to drive in order not to crash. www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum?func=view&catid=10&id=10849 read that...then u will in the right place to ask questions.

Safety of hydroxycut
www.reuters.com/article/healthNews/idUSTRE5404NW20090501
OTC products are not medically regulated, whereas there are numerous studies on the use of serms and their effectiveness and safety in male fertility.
Fair enough, diet and training need to be in place first and I was a bit pre-emptive suggesting nolva, but to state that use of a serm as an alternative to 19 year old who is considering using steroids is negligent and bad advice? I respectfully disagree.

But tamoxifen is in another class. SERMs are used clinically to help men that have low testosterone and testicular atrophy or azoospermia. Do you really think this product will significantly help an individual whose test levels are already naturally soaring and still climbing?
Couple to this this hepatoxic effects of tamoxifen, the negative effects its estrogen antagonising ability has, and its ability to be a potent initiator of cancer given its ability to form DNA adducts... I think it is far more dangerous than most OTC fat burners that use caffeine and synephrine to increase metabolism.
Offering tamoxifen to a 19yr old considering steroids is like taking the gun away and giving him a small dagger instead. It wont be as messy but it'll still do the job. So yes, its negligent advice. Offering him multiple OTC alternatives would be in this instance considered better advice.

Agreed OTC supps can be dangerous because they are not regulated.

Fair enough-I was too quick to suggest nolva, particularly as he seems to have no knowledge of it

Wtf?

It's like teaching my grandfather to use a cellphone.
That about sums it all up.
1. Natural Test boosters (ZMA, Tribulis) don't do anything for (testosterone abundant) youth. I know because I have tried, and read studies.
2. Estrogen blocker? This is an overweight guy, never been on juice, with normal hormone levels I assume. He doesn't even need to know what a hormone is, and even less does he need to try and alter them!
3. Google: metabolism, thermogenic, eca. Those are some good starting points for a beginner. Stay natural until you're 25 (and smarter on the subject
Eat well, train hard, and goodluck.

This is sad but true, younger guys are using roids, I was in gym last week and a 17year old was trying to give me advise about D-bols, His nipples almost pocked my eyes out. He buys 50 tablets for R450. His face looked like a pine apple. Do we educate these young ones and promote the use off steroids or do we keep the info away from them and their ignorance fuck up their lives. This dude using D-bols like a supplement, permanently on a cycle no PCT. I was giving this laaitie biology lessons.

The only ingredient that you need which most guys dont have is PATIENCE.You want your body to transform overnight. And even with steroids, that aint gonna happen. It took many years for your body to get where it is today. So work and eat hard and be patient,it will change.
