First off, doc does not recommend any dosages on any compounds, he only states what may be used under certain circumstances!

Secondly, no var should not be used "during" PCT, once you have completed your cycle, you move across to your PCT, once that has been completed, and your Levels have normalised, only then may var be used at a low dosage to bridge.

Rule of thumb: time on + PCT = time off, in that time off var may be used.

Precision,sorry i think what i said came out the wrong way,yes doc does not suggest dosages and i apologise,my statement should have read "doc pointed out a guideline on a bridge of what can be taken" and secondly,ooops,i odviously took the message i was sent the wrong way,well guess i won't be taking var for the next 4weeks,thank goodness only started taking on monday...Thanks for pointing that out ant..

i must apologize about my post and thank precision for pointing out my fault,i heard the information and used it the wrong way,that is a personal fault..see its the forum that helps village idiots out like me...
