If you've been gyming 2 years + (hopefully more) and have gotten to a plateau, then spend another year doing research, get your goals, diet and workout down to the 'T'. This is one of those things that you can't jump into when you dont know what to expect. There is too much to know and too much to risk. Dont mess with your body man. Take it slow.

Whats your weight?
You cant start off not knowing what to expect. . and I dont think you can learn enough. For the first time, you wont know what to expect because you wont know how your body is going to react, so you just have to prepare yourself.

Okay, my age is 23. Im 179cm tall. My BF is 17%, and ive been lifting for more than 2 years now
Oh, my weight is 83kg
Hey Gymjunkie:
firstly your body fat is way too high, taking gear with BF @ 17% is not going to give you the results you want. i'm not here to tell you do's and Dont's, we are here to get advice from each other, and my advice to you is simple , get a good diet in place, to get that body fat down, then Train as hard as you can with good rest in place as well.... and THEN do ALOT of reseach on gear, and i mean ALOT... you need to familiarize yourself with the substances you want to put into your body and how they work, what are the side effects, I havent heard you mention PCT... i could be wrong but you probably dont know what that is do you? PCT are very important do some research now that the net is a library use it....
DOnt mean to be rude, but giveing you some good advise so you dont end up Fucking yourself up in the long run.
Later dude

Suppose maybe if he's been hitting the gym 2 years and still hitting the colourful weights, then he's DEFINITELY not ready.

Exactly, he weighs 83kg if he still hasn't got to 2 plates per side on the bench then he's clearly doing more aerobics than weight lifting

Ha ha. Okay guys, im benching 100kgs for 10reps now.. My deadlifts are at 110kgs and squats are 100kg as well... Any advice on technique to get these up? Also, id like to know where could i find a diet to get my BF down then?
Ideally you'd like a 3:4:5 ratio between bench, squat and deads.
You shouldn't be squating your bench weight as that'll lead you to a Johnny Bravo physique, try a 5x5 routine for your squats and deads and PM DJ about a diet.
And I hope you can shoulder press more than 60kg

I'm 178cm, 81kg and 12% bf, and I can only bench 80kg, Squat 100kg, and I don't do heavy deadlifts (yet), I've been lifting for more than 3 years btw.
IN OTHER WORDS, you are quite strong for your physique, and if you get your diet in order you should have no trouble getting massive fast, IMHO...
Either that, or I am very weak  , but this may be the case as I've never been really strong, and I gain muscle easier than strength, irritating really.
End of rant.

Actually I'd say you're stronger than him, I dont count bench as a sign of strength. Your squats are the same while you're lighter, and he carries more BF which would make him stronger than he would be at your BF
He has less lean mass than me, yet he squats the same, thus he kicks my ass...
How can 17% bf versus 12% bf make one stronger!?!?!?
Are you saying that if I were fatter I would be stronger?
Strength comes from training style, diet and genetics (naturally speaking of course).
Mr Moose, I'm not complaining LOL, I just would have liked some sort of balance...

Thats EXACTLY what I'm saying, everyone's stronger in the off-season as with the extra fat they have more muscle, if he cuts down to your 12% his strength will decrease

"everyone's stronger in the off-season" TRUEThats EXACTLY what I'm saying, everyone's stronger in the off-season as with the extra fat they have more muscle, if he cuts down to your 12% his strength will decrease
"with the extra fat they have more muscle" FALSE
WHILE he's cutting, his strength might decrease.
The amount of fat does not determine your amount of muscle (or strength for that matter). Except when you have sub 3% bf, which will start eating into your muscles when your body goes into survival mode.

Lets not split hairs, in the off season people train. They'll pick up fat AND muscle. I refuse to lose an arguement over a technicality

I can train in the off season and pick up muscle but not fat. It took 3 years of experimenting but its doable.

They'll pick up muscle yes, but that is not the point that you made. You said that having more fat somehow makes you stronger, your point was NOT that higher calorie diets in the off season results in fat and muscle gain.

You're right that is what I meant, a fat guy weighing 120 may be able to deadlift and squat 180 even though a ripped 75 kg bodybuilder cant. Size matters my friend

It's about lean muscle mass, that is all that you can compare, but it does not determine strength.
Diet, training style and genetics, not just size.

I beg to differ, lets use a 120kg powerlifter with 25% body fat, and compare him to a 110kg contest ready bodybuilder.
The bodybuilder has more lean body mass but who do you honestly think would be stronger and why?
