Supertest and deca cycle

Hi I'm looking for advice on doin a supertest 320 and deca 350 cycle. Both are made by precision gear works
I was think of
1ml of supertest 320 for 10 weeks every 6 days
An 1ml or deca every 4 days for 5-6 weeks
Could I get advice. I'm not looking for huge results as this is my first /second cycle( done a 8wk course on Winstrol last summer)
I am 23 weight 95 kg

Don't do deca on your first cycle. Do Test Cyp/E @ 500-600mg for 10-12 weeks with dbol/tbol frontload

I done a only Winstrol corse last year for 8weeks an I had serious gains
The reason I wanted to add deca in. Was to help heal my shoulder as I often dislocate my shoulder.

Then stanazol was a big mistake.

Stanazol drys ur joints out so probably ur shoulder was more prone to dislocate.

I still recommend you do Test Cyp/E with a frontload before deca.

your first cycle but you did one last year? mmmm. :blink:

just do what aas says.

That's exactly what I thought after doin. Even tho I had good solid gains from the winstol I would do it again as it drys out the joints

Well sell it/keep it for a future cycle. Winstrol only isn't smart, test should be the basis of every cycle, especially for a beginner.

I was think of that as it doesn't expire till 2015.
What would you say bout a primabalon cycle instead ?

Deca is not a good idea for a first time user
And in any case deca needs to be used for at least 10 weeks…

Listen to AAS and do the recommended cycle

primo is expencive. 4 times the price of test cyp.

good stuff but not recommended as first cycle

Just do a test only cycle the gains will be good!
Think of it this way if you take 1ml test and 1ml decca now (where your test is not high enough by the way) what is your next cycle going to be 2ml decca and 3ml test that's rough for a third cycle.

So what would you recommend. I had my mate tell me to do a primobolan cycle at 2-3 a week which was costin me around 200-250 euro for the 10weeks
If I was to do a test cyp cycle how much would I need a week
I'm not lookin for a lot of water retention

Primo is good but I would recommend test cyp/e over it for a first "proper" cycle

600mg Test e-10weeks
40mg dbol frontload-4weeks
50mg/day winny-bridge-30days

this is what you looking for, I would swap the letro for adex

you can run the super test. mix it with some test cyp.

Yea MY friend told me you can't get the super test anywhere here. But I've checked the pictures in the gallery an its exactly the same. An he's a good friend of mine so I would say he would giv me fake stuff
