I can sympathize with your Calve problems . I have tried for almost a decade now to try and develop calves .
I do calves at the beginning of my workouts
,spending the same amount of time on calves as I would for chest or back if not more ,bcos it's my weakest point .
And I still have golf sticks below my knees
I have poor genetics with regards to lower limbs ie. Calves & forearms .
I put size on my quads and biceps easily . For a guy that's 1.9m tall 110kgs.
Which takes the Johnny Bravo syndrome to a new comedic level . So I never wear shorts in public .lol
Anyhows i stupidly resorted to using synthol . A 50ml bottle . Shot 4 ml a week in each Calve .
The pain was like nothing I have ever felt in my life . .
Apart from the swelling . It did nothing for me .
This board has convinced me into trying IGf with DJ's protocol . So thanks guys
An expensive route to go , but the alternate would be to spend R40k on a Nip/Tuck procedure implant .
Hopefully now I can find a reliable supplier for IGf in Pretoria now

Does IGF only promote new cell development and growth in the sites injected or throughout the entire body? Should one concentrate on a specific body part or area or could the injecting sites alternate?
