Have you seen "Bigger Faster Stronger"? There they reckon that the story about steroids closing the growth plates also looks like its crumbling.

I know there are one or two girls in my gym that bust be talking juice. From the time they joined the gym to now (year later) they looking stocky and voes.

Besides all the negative effect on growth that gear has on teenagers these lighties juicing up at like 15 - 16 will have big issues with indeginous (if i spelled it right) test levels when going over 30 years. Infertility also a massive possibility. You cannot blame kids for things they dont know but most people have internet and can find out anything they want with a click of a button. More cash for phizer i guess cause all the youngster juicing at 15 will be Viagras best mates in their mid life.Not to mention hormone replace theraphy etc.

As to your question extreme europe is very much different to sa. I was in Serbia few months ago and there is a lot of people training in gyms that are not using any gear. most of them are not using it. The problem in SA is that no one cares if kids are taking juice. Hell no one cares that people are getting shot in the head for a cell phone so why would they care about some stupid youngsters juicing...

I hear you Lesa, after all this is Africa.
I've read a few guys comments from OZ and apparently there they are very stricked about juice. All the OZ guys say it's very difficult to get juice and if you caught with juice you've just about had it.

A few months back the cops raided my sons high school with dogs and three kids were caught with dagga.
At least things like this will hopefully make kids think twice about using or taking drugs to school. I would doubt that the dogs could smell juice though.

Gear at schools is a big problem but I'm sure there is a lot more recreational drugs at the schools than we think.
I've heard some stories from kids who attend "top" well know private schools and what goes on there is frightenning.

Gents im a rower(1st year) at varsity and we get tested most of the time on the spot after you race. Why is'nt this happening for rugby? Especially in private schools

They don't get tested cause they are ignorant about the result. Also very competitive in schools and rugby etc. You really think they will win games if they clean and the other team is not?
