Pyroclasm wrote: Thanx Prog. But why does it say in the articles section that the waiting time for supertest 320 is 18x3=54 days?
Im not sure why they have wating period at 54 days but does not make sense. Might just be a fault or out dated information.
Think it's just outdated. Been noticed/ discussed before as well. But you can check the gallery as well ---> www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/gallery/category/123-super-test-320

Supra-iliac: 9mm

Sub-scapula: 13mm

The dude told me he worked out my BF% at 10.7%. All the online calculators have me at <10%. This is complete BS!! I work it out to be 13.5% but even that feels a bit low. Can somebody please help me here. Were the measurements wrong? Which calculation is right?
I must be anorexic because I thought I was at about 17%!

they seem very well
I have had mine done by 2 different guys, they had me about 10% apart. all depends on how they use that caliper.

Agreed! The dude that did the measuring didn't seem like the sharpest peanut in the packet so I am gonna go back tomorrow and ask the more experienced guys to do it.

Which calipers are you using? Did you get the chart with it? And where did you buy it?

Weigh in this morning at 86.45kg (week 7).
Start 81.3kg
Week 5: 88.3kg
Week 6: 87.7kg
Week 7: 86.45kg
Only trained two days this week as I had a throat infection that needed antibiotics. It was my brother's bday as well as his missus' so I had a massive slice of cake and a huge cupcake on each of their bdays. Alcohol is still at a minimum. I would guess the drop in weight is mostly due to the Creatine leaving my system. I am partying too much and sleeping too little so from this week I am going to focus on keeping to a routine with 10 hours of sleep every night.
Thanx for asking!

Week 7: 86.45kg
Week 8: 86.6kg
Had a great week of training. 5x Weight training and 5xCardio. Very happy with my progress so far! I think the scale is reading at least 1kg less than it should have because of the Afro that was chopped off yesterday for CANSA. That haircut was weeks overdue!
Last pin was yesterday. Now it's the long walk to PCT...

Week 7: 86.45kg
Week 8: 86.6kg
Bridge week 1: 85.7kg
Had an awesome week of training 5x weights 6x cardio. Huge derailment yesterday as it was my mom's Bday and we had three parties each with their own version of puddings I HAD TO try.
Apparently you can get a pretty accurate reading of BF% if you test at the Virgin Active machine first thing in the morning. Any truth to this? I took a reading every morning for three days in a row and they were pretty close to one another...
