yeah i cant see why either. personally id just change the needle and inject the test. why waste a ml? its tough enough as is to get 10 x 1ml shots out of a 10ml vial.

I personally have injected allot of times myself and others i have aspirated everytime and have never drawn up blood so its very seldom you would get blood in the seringe, but i would just change the needle and inject the same test if it ever happens. Thats just my opinion dont know if it correct protocol but its just what i would do.

So guys, i did my shot today. With my second try it went in smoothly.I just move the injection site more towards the side of my quad and upwards. No pain and no twitch. I took the time to aspirate whilst keeping the needle steady as possible. There was 2 air bubbles but no blood! I injected the cyp nice and slow. Almost didn't feel anything going in! :lol: Guess that's a good thing. There was some blood once i finished. About half an hour later my quad just kinda felt like someone punched it with their knuckle, but no burning or anything.

Was there supposed to be air bubble whilst i aspirate?

yeah bro, when you in the muscle and aspirate air will fill into the syringe.

You can use 1" needles for quads, 1.5 are more for glutes.

Oh and if blood fills the syringe, pull it up a few mm and inject in....Thats what Inja or I think Jackrabbit said...

I'm not sure that's what either of them said. If you pull up the needle by a few mm, you might be in a different vein. So don't just inject. You'd need to aspirate again.

i turned the needle accidentally whilst inside the quad and i got this weird pulling sensation whilst aspirating, but i just continued.

lol, nothing meant by it.. just means i'm freaking out cos i'm squeamish, dont think i'll ever be brave enough to pin in the quads.
