        I like the idea of starting out on 20mcg working up to 80mcg but all depends on ur tolerence and how u react to it. Clen and yohimbine is a great stack yes but afffects people differently. I COULD use and manage each quite well on their own before I gor BP problems. But having the clen WITH the yohimbine made me feel terrible. 10mg Yohimbine was good for me, when I went higher it made me sick.
So u will only really know by trying it out. But baby steps as both can make u feel pretty shitty. But then again, that may not even happen at all.

        Clen and Yohimbine don't affect hormone levels and have no virilising effects so yes they are perfectly safe.
