Ok so something just popped up and I will no longer be able to gym Tue/Wed/Thu evenings for the next month. I originally planned on doing 5days fasted cardio with weight training in the evenings (Mo-Fri). What would be the best split now? Doing fasted cardio still as planned in the mornings, and then moving weights to Mo/Fri/Sat/Sun? This is less than ideal, but will this still be sufficient in conjunction with my Clen/Yoh stack? Or should I keep the morning/evening training and move it to weekends, and make Tue/Thu my rest days? I assume it's not a good idea to combine weights/cardio into one session? Or would it be ok?

Train any time you can and as much as you can. There's nothing that says you HAVE TO do fasted cardio either. Just do the cardio when you have time, but don't skip it.

Thanks Pyro. I'm on day 2 & still feeling fine - today I don't even feel shaky. Would it be ok to up the clen to 40mcg tomorrow or should I stay on 20mcg longer?

So I'm up to 40mcg today and feeling fine, have a bit of a shaky feeling in my hands but still nothing visible, my fucktard threshold has just plummeted so I'm avoiding people today. I'm also hungry as hell, which in turn also makes me grumpy, and craving Jellybabies like crazy!

How long till you guys noticed a difference? I've noticed a vein in my lower abdomen showing aswell as 1 in my shoulder, which is a first.

You will see clear results 4 weeks in. Thats if you stuck to your diet and goals.

The fucktard threshold might also increase due to low carbs lol. Dont give in, stay focused.

My diet has been the biggest change and was a major change to get used to. I adjusted well but the past week I've just been thinking about food ALL THE TIME, especially Jellybabies :P but as Oupa said, just need to stay focused.

Me personally I find that I cramp very easily on clen,
Even from the first day of taking,
I would pay attention to taking L Taurine supplementation while on clen,
Especially with all the cardio,
My last time on clen I had some severe cramping, like had to leave the gym.
On clen at the mo and Im supplementing with 6grams bulk L Taurine in pre and again in post workout shake, so 12 grams in total.
That might be overkill for some people but it leaves my muscles feeling cramp free throughout my workouts.
Better safe than sorry.

I have also noticed slight cramping despite using 5g of Taurine, but nothing major. But then again I don't lift as heavy as you guys. Had a hard leg workout yesterday and my only issue was that my legs were shaking slightly when doing calf raises and squats.

So I overslept this morning and didn't get to my fasted cardio. I'll catch up tonight.

I'm really happy so far, 5 days on my Clen/Yoh stack, also been closely monitoring my calory intake and training well. I've also added 2 cups of green tea per day - 1x morning 1x afternoon.

Albeit small, I do see a difference on my stomach. 4 of my 6 blocks are now visible as opposed to only 2. The lower abdominal fat and lovehandles are a bit stubborn still. The side-effects haven't affected me too much - slight shaky feeling in my hands and legs when I trained legs. I'm also slightly more prone to getting irritated but overall handling it far better than I thought I would.

Next step is upping the clen dose to 60mcg and seeing how that goes.

I'm currently @ 60mcg Clen/10mg Yohimbine per day, towards the end of week 3. So far a drop of 1,8% BF, and still have 3 weeks to go. So far I'm handling the sides just fine, feeling pretty normal apart from the increased heartrate, and have noticed that my mouth dries out easily, so I'm carrying a waterbottle with me all day. Very happy with the results so far :)

Thanks Oupa :lol: the dry mouth is annoying though, especially when waking up at 2am and I can't even talk because my tongue is stuck to my cheek :woohoo:

Oupa when would you suggest upping to 80mcg or should I rather stay on 60mcg? Sides are fine - heartrate & BP is slightly up, bit lethargic, otherwise I'm fine. My hands feel shaky in the mornings but it's not visible and gets better as the day goes.

You are looking good, nice and lean, upping it to 80mcg is not worth it. Keep going @ 60mcg for your first cycle and Yoh @ 10mg as is.
