Get some taurine for cramps, I personally cramp up on clen badly and taurine helps a lot.
Also looking forward to see if the clen still works fully after 3 weeks. As i have found personally it doesn't or isn't as potent after 3 weeks even if I take ketofin or betasleep the whole time. So curious to see other people's experience regarding that.

And remember, never measure effectiveness of dosage or/and substances with side effects.
Good luck

lol not my body, even on 4-5l a day of water a day I still cramped up, only thing that helped was the taurine, weird but interesting how are bodies respond to compounds. I also noticed for me personally, if I go over 80mcg's by blood pressure climbs but if I keep it at 80mcg its ok. But it does work wonders when combined with a good diet.Oupa wrote: If you hydrate regularly you shouldn't have cramp issues. Don't up the dosage yet, keep to your planned schedule.

Will be starting with the 40mcg tomorrow!
Just wanted to know if it's still fine if I train very intense during my weight sessions?
Like pushing my heartrate up and stuff?Just wondering if it's allowed haha.

Day 2 of 60mcg and I feel great,no sides actually, the tremors are minor and they are actually cool.
No headaches or heart palpitations.
I really feel energised and I'm killing it in the gym.
I sometimes break out in a sweat from just getting out of bed lol.
Also sleeping like a baby with betasleep and I wake up refreshed in the mornings.
Really enjoying my experience with clen and the results so far are great.
Vascularity also increasing everyday
Will post some pictures next week so u guys can see the progress
Stay tuned

Update on the clen
Took my first dose of 100mcg,had mild jitters but nothing hectic.
Sweating a lot lately but nothing to complain about.
No sides thus far(headaches,palpitations,insomnia etc.)
Weighed in this morning at 90.5kg which is odd because I'm losing centimetres and getting more defined.
Any reason for this?
Diet going great, strict as hell, training intense and getting my cardio in.
Measurements will be up on Saturday.
I might add that my concentration in class has improved, marks too for a reason haha.
Any feedback welcome!

Also on a calorie deficit?
Here's my diet again:
Meal 1: 5whites, 2 whole eggs, 100g raw oats/all bran flakes
Meal 2: 150g chicken breast, 30g nuts
Meal 3: 150g chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4: 150g chicken breast,1 cup brown rice
PWO:40g whey,40g waxy maize
Meal 5: 200g chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli
Pre bed: 2 Tablespoon of natural, unsweetened peanut butter.
I dropped the PWO carbs this week.Should I keep it PWO or is it fine if I drop it?
