Thanks Oupa!
Was abit confused when you said that 2 extra meals of cruciferous veggies per day usually does the trick for you. Googled it and saw this article:
www.livestrong.com/article/16099-foods-r...-estrogen-dominance/
Very interesting! Will definitely add in more cruciferous veggies per day before turning to chemical assistance

This evening I checked my nipples and I felt something underneath them...not really a growth but more like few tiny bb pellets :pinch: . Freaked out and immediately started the letro at 3 drops a day.
Kinda killed my mood last night after being on a high after gym cos I did a 200kg raw deadlift for 4 reps. Nips were far less sensitive this morning so hopefully I caught it in time

The Letro will do the trick just make sure your taking loads of omega 3 and even a joint support as letro can cause joint pain. It does for me atleast.
Go big or go home...

I used to struggled with BP before during stressfull times at work (never this high though) and managed to control it by using organic apple cider vinegar. Going to get some this weekend.
Silver lining: i struggled to close the BP monitor cuff around my arms cos it could hardly reach all around! Since I havent moved from the 92kg but looking bigger, I must be dropping bf and gaining muscle :woohoo:

Hi Bruno. Look at the rating on the cuff. If the max is smaller than your arms that would be the reason for your increased BP.
Once had a patient who was complaining that he is always tired and dizzy if he stands up. Automatically my first thought was postural hypotension.
Measured him and his BP was like 100/55. He is a big guy. 6'7" so that was the cause. Obviously bec ause of his weight he was on meds. He was on 3 BP meds.
He had started gymning and losing weight so I thought his health was improving and that he was over medicated. So I sent him back to his GP.
A few days later he phoned me and said his BP was measured and it was sky high. The GP actually wanted to add another item.
When he rocked up with the script I measured him and presto - he was low. Sent to the GP immediately where he was high.
By chance he mentioned that the nurse struggled witht he cuff and thats when I had a lightbulb.
She was using the wrong cuff. You would be surprised at how often that happens.
Anyway, end story is that the guy ended up OFF ALL of his meds. He was happy, I was happy, Med aid happy, bosses of said corporate pharmacy - not happy, but fuckem. greedy bastards.

Today's better... I had a very stressful work week (major setback on a important deal) and I suppose that added to the test + getting gyno; was to much for my bp to handle.
@Oupa I will definitely be monitoring my bp like a hawk.. My mom suffers from it so I am usually very conscious of the fact that it could be hereditary.

Strength is awesome though: Deadlifting 200kgs, Squating 175kg and Benching 135kg all for 5 reps.
Recovery isnt as good as I expected, still stiff from my leg session on Sat morning! But I think this is partly because of the letro (on 3 drops EOD) and joints seem to take longer to recover than normal. Other part is probably due to work stress...been under the kosh for the past few weeks resulting in me getting pretty bad quality sleep cos of stress & long hours.
Because of joint recovery issues I've had to change my workout routine: only squating and deadlifting once per week and substituted my 2nd deadlift session with some clean & presses.

Jeez Letro really messed me up..when I was on 3 drops every 2nd day I had bad diarrhea for like 2 weeks. At first I thought it was something in my diet so chopped and changed a few items in my diet but nothing seemed to work. I then went down to 3 drops every 3 days and that seemed to do the trick. I have no real sides now..joints are fine as long as I only squat and deadlift once per week.
I still tried to keep my calories up but higher than before to compensate for the trots but I still didnt gain weight...but luckily didnt lose weight either so thats good. Over the past week I've started to gain weight again...up to 94.5kgs now but I feel as if I lost bf% so muscle gain has been more than the weight gain. I can see a massive difference in the mirror and how my clothes are fitting...so pretty happy about my results.
In the gym, I am strong as hell! All lifts are up...Squatting 180kgs for 5 reps, Deads at 210kg for 5 reps and Benchs 135kg for 6 reps. I had to take 1 week off heavy squatting and deadlifting 2 weeks back cos I strained my lower back but I'm all good now.
To be honest, starting to feel abit too bulky...I am only about 1.75m so 95kgs is quitte abit on my frame. Also, I've always looked heavier than I am (if that makes any sense lol!) so at 95kg I look like I'm in triple digits.
As a result, I want to concentrate on maintaining my weight and cutting bf%. How would I go about with the rest of my cycle to achieve this? I was thinking:
- Keep calories at maintenance (3000)
- Increase cardio to 4 times a week for 40mins
- Finish off my current test e vial which will make me 10 weeks on test (currently ending week 7)
- Start winny at 40mg per day from week 9 to end of bridge (thats 5 weeks on winny)
- Run clen during my bridge
What are your guys thoughts?

Day 1 to 3 60mcg
Day 4 to 7 80mcg
Day 8 to 14 100mcg
Day 15 to 18 80mcg
Day 18 to 21 60mcg
Then time off clen as your body gets used to it. Note not to use clen during or after pct as this is when you are most catabolic.

FIllet wrote: Seems okay Bruno, maintenance calories, increased cardio whilst you bridge and throughout your PCT, your 5 weeks winnie is fine and the clen remember to steadily increment clen dose, I suggest:
Day 1 to 3 60mcg
Day 4 to 7 80mcg
Day 8 to 14 100mcg
Day 15 to 18 80mcg
Day 18 to 21 60mcg

Please double check the info that you just gave... If you dont mind, please explain your thoughts behind the response

I mentioned it was fine to stay at maintenance calories
It is fine to increase cardio during bridge and into pct, I do that to avoid fat gains
5 weeks of winstrol up to his pct
Incrementing clen dose steadily, he can start on 20mcg if that is what you mean Oupa but many guys start at 60mcg, increment and taper down. Cycle clen 2/3 weeks on then 2/3 off.
Also mentioned not to use in pct or just after.

Look, everything is debatable, but i recommend you guys do some self educating and read the clenbuterol sticky. Also take it easy with cardio during pct, as this can be a very a catabolic phase.
