Well Gents I'm at the end of week 8 so that's half way through the Equi part and I'm up 7kg weighing just over 97kg and still very lean. I'll post pics within the next couple of days. I no that's an empty weight as I even took a laxative last night to make sure I emptied myself this morning before weighing
Apart from my strain which is on the mend after 3chiro visits and I'll be having my second deep tissue massage today(dreading that) I feel great.
I didn't feel the the amazing surge like you do on npp but more of a gradual rise in strength and size from Equi but having said that I'm enjoying Equi far more it just seems to suit me better.
I've had no sides like agro or anxiety and my wife still loves me as compared to when on NPP she thought I was an absolute Twat! It's probable because even though I'm running Lero my sex drive is still through the roof B)

Stay tuned

Well I feel like some Mad scientists lab rat. Today I've been pinned and electrocuted with bloody electric pins that had my whole arm and and shoulder pumped to the Max
I went for another sonar and X-ray and it turns out that I have a trapped C4 nerve in my neck that comes and goes that's why you can't pin point the pain.
So at least I now no the problem and apart from not doing heavy Dead lifts or shrugs for a couple of weeks I can keep on training like a beast :woohoo:

That's good news Rhino.
I thought it might be a trigger which is why it keeps re-occuring.
Can they do anything in the long run to sort it out?

Not really it's basically going to happen from time to time as it has in the past and I just need to figure the best way to deal with it. So far the pinning feels promising and I'll go for another deep tissue massage on Friday.
I'm just happy that I now no what the problem is and that it's not a muscle tear or something that'll keep me out of the gym.

On a positive not he asked when I was competing  quite flattering ha ha

I got some bad news for you Rhino. I injured a disc in my neck during a BJJ session and the symptoms you are describing are symptoms of a degrading disc. I had pins and needles in my left hand and there was a sharp pain between my left shoulder blade and lower neck. When i look down and when i try to touch the chest with my jaw thats when i feel it pulling. You should get an MRI done ASAP.

Thanks Bud.

The thing is that only for the first day is the pain in my neck there after it sits in my shoalder for a week and then it moves to my upper arm and like I said it's happened to me almost every year for probable the last 12 years.
My mothers a Doctor so as soon as she's back from Brazil I'll get her to send me for an MRI.

What did you end up having to do?

There is nothing I can do except work around it. I have been looking into Stem cell therapy because i refuse to fuse my neck. I have also been looking at peptides and HGH to try for disc regeneration. There are studies showing that HGH can actually help the disc regeneration. In my honest opinion I would stay away from chiropractors because they can actually make it worse. You will know 100 % once you do the MRI. Do you have clicking sounds in the neck when you move the neck?

No I've got no click sounds in the neck at all and after day ones stiffness no pain. You made me panic so I called my Mum(she was horffide because of the time difference
She insists that's not the case with me and that not only would the orthopedic surgeon have picked that up but and that all the symptoms that follow the first day confirm to her that its nerve related as the pain tracks the C4 nerve.
She did say she'd set me up with an MRI to put my mind at ease though so I'll keep you posted.

That is good to hear man. In my case the C4 nerve is being pinched by the disk. MRI will give you a clear picture though.

Not sure where you from Rhino but my side there is a very bad bug going around. My wife got it on thursday and by friday i had to take her to the ER. She was completed dehydrated, couldn't keep anything in. Only yesterday did she start feeling like herself again.

Hope you get well soon. :)

Bru, I dread any illness while on cycle, especially in winter. Really sucks bru! Just relax and get better so you can push hard again! We all waiting for those awesome results Rhino!! Reality is, you'll actually be back to where you were in like a week. ;)
