Excellent bud!
I have always trained with more rest days, one day on and one day off. Three day splits. More time to grow IMO

Ok so I'm feeling the Equi hunger so even though my cals are already HIGH I'm not picking up fat so I'm adding an 8th meal to the menu

Sorry Bud I can really, DJ is doing my diet so I can't share his work.
What I can tell you is that I'm not counting cals just eating every 2hrs and making sure I hit my Macros on each meal so every day is different.
I'm probably in somewhere between 4500 and 5000 cals.

Well 2 weeks in today and things are going well. I'm obviously not really feeling the Cyp or Equi yet but I'm up just over 2 KG and beating my lifts every session, that's probably to do with all the extra cals and rest though.
I took measurements this morning and arms, calves and legs are up 1cm. Chest is up 5cm... That probably just because I wrecked Chest and Back on Friday though and I'm still quite sore and pumped(nice to see the tape say 119cm though! Even if it's just for a couple of days
Even with the Extremely high cals I'm still lean and not picking up any fat.
Oh and I've got veins popping out everywhere across my shins, pecs and delts.

Well I spoke to soon! Woke up this morning and my left nipple has a dull ache, Gyno she's coming.
So I'm going to up the Aromasin from twice a week to EOD for a couple of days and see how things go otherwise I'll be on the bloody Letro :(
I suppose that's what you get with a gram of test a week

Hey PP

Ye I'll be running the prop through out hey, Gyno and I are old friends Bud so I no the early sighns. I've always managed to deal with it though so I'll give the Aromasin a try EOD for a couple of days and if that doesn't work I'll jump on the letro. I no that works it just makes me feel like ASS.

Recovery has been good I actually have to use serious restraint to keep myself from training on Sundays. But 3 working sets for legs this week nearly crippled me  look I'm sore the next day but after 1 rest day Im biting at the bit again.

I'm only coming to the end of week 3 so it the prop alone that's helping me so far
