Thanks to MA and Oupa on prior tweaking with regards to my suggestions.

Stats first:
33yrs
198cm
119kg - current, i will keep you updated with weight
BF 12%
Measurments, forget it, no pissing contests here boys

I have finalised my 3rd cycle, yes some dosages look strange but it worked out exact according to what i purchased.
Weeks 1 to end week 14, frontload of Cyp 1000mg first week, 690mg for the following 13 weeks
Weeks 1 to end week 12, 580mg Deca
Pins to be taken twice weekly
Kicker, 25 days of Anaps at 100mg daily
Bridge will be Prop and Winnies
HCG at 500iu per week up to PCT, two pins PW
Cabaser at 0.5mg E5D
Adex on hand.
PCT3 extender, thanks Oupa

Calorie intake will be 5800 on workout days and 5300 on off days.

Cycle history:
Cycle 1, Cyp 500mg 12 weeks
Cycle 2, Cyp 500mg 12 weeks, NPP 450mg 10 weeks

Its still a short while until i begin but i posted now to get crit should it be neccassary and also to let you know that Clen and i are have a little affair at the moment so lets see if i cant get that 12% BF to sub 10%

Workouts are every 2nd day with cardio and every other day off, so we are talking 7 workouts in a 14 day period.

This is the first time i have used Clen beleive it or not, 3rd day now, does Clen make you feel like you're in a really good mood, also an increase in sex drive? Or just some kind of placebo affect I am having?

Hey Rhino.. Yeah that's so damn interesting man! The clean made me feel like superman. I didn't want to finish the cycle. My motivation was at the best it's ever been. Pity you react that way with it. I think you, in particular would dig it so much, if it gelled with your system.

I saw the roid ranger at the supplement counter in dischem tonight, said anaps and deca were best for him, made him strong and huge. These days he says he uses 6 week prop cycles, pct, 10 weeks off and repeat but gains 5kgs a shot. Says its best for him. That man makes me feel skinny although he is a head shorter

Ditto, I started and stopped in the first week. Finished after the fourth attempt and a cycle later.

Thanks Oups, i started on 60 and I am good, up to 80 in a few days. What did you feel like?

Over 80mcg and irregular heart beats was bad, felt like my heart was at a rave but missed the beat. The shakes was also very bad, very funny to see, but kakish.

Brilliant compound, but not for stimulant sensitive dudes like me. My buds on the other hand have no issues with 120mcg.
