Thinks should feel better once the Deca starts to Lube things up. I'm thinking about adding IGF to my concoction to try and sort my neck and shoulder out.
Good luck Bud

Wanting to add meal 10 and I was thinking about chicken livers, I do know that they are high in cholestrol so would appreciate the input. 250g chicken liver simmired in olive oil, 80g green beans? This will be a late meal! Don't feel like paying the dietician for this question. The tenth meal is only for workout days...

I think as long as you dont have a cholesterol problem, you can add this meal, more food more growth, not that you need it haha

hows the cycle been going

Thanks for your input. Another week or so and cyp will be at its full potential, another week after that deca should be at its full potential too... Despite that looking like a blow fish - kinda large. Its all to obvious to people that I juice because my nick name at work is either johhny bravo or steroid. Ya, no hiding it lol. I will post pics at cycle end.

Thanks for following up Ron, just been really busy between work, family and making love to the irons.

I dont normally admit to being large but for the first time i will say that i look kinda large, cyp and deca at the right time now so I expect to blow up a lot more especially with my training, eating and sufficient resting. I am putting my all into this cycle and expect to reach my 130kg goal fairly easily. Strength is crazy i will thank the deca for that one. I have packed a lot of mass onto my shoulders, lats, chest, thighs and even bi's and tri's which i generally battle with. Stomach lean at i guess around 11% where i started at 12. Its funny when i jump on my home scale and its spins right round, family and friends look at me with big eyes.

I will keep you more updated in weeks to come and will throw in a few pics from time to time bud.

Hey Kuifie.. I know Rhino also followed this training routine on his last cycle and mentioned it worked well for him.

Hey Bud, been training for many years with all sorts of routines and i found i really pack the mass with three day splits. Day 1 Chest, biceps, forearms, Day 2 Upper back, lower back, triceps and Day 3 Shoulder and Legs. I take a full day off between each workout and repeat. Note that i do not ever use the same exercises when its back to day one etc. Failure and progressive overload is the name of my game, i keep a book of where i left off so i can slowly increase reps or weights everytime i do that specific exercise.

Some people will say that if you train legs and shoulders you wont do shoulders as hard but my body and mindset is very different, i absolutely destroy myself, hit 20 min cardio and thats it.

Peoples bodies are different so because i have high stamina i can pull this off, i dont have set workout days so a workout can even fall on a Sunday as long as i had my day off. I find with this added rest my body grows really well.

This is my sweet spot mate.

Thanks for the reply bud. I was on a five day split. but aftrr 4 days my body is destroyed and i neglect the last muscle group for the week. so i need a new approach... i also log my weights and exercises. Only recently started this and its a great way to monitor my training and progress

Play around a bit bud sometimes less is more, this applies to training and juice. Food you just can't get enough of and rest is vital.

Hi Ladies/Gents, update. things are going well, insanely strong, my 5800 calorie intake just does not seem enough so i think i will take a slight increase again, i have a long time still to go on my cycle and this is where i sit dry at the moment. Feeling on top of the world, incredibly high sex drives so no issues there as per usual.

FIIIet, my bru... For how long after your last Deca pin will you run the cab? I'm thinking for 20 days? So, same schedule as my cycle, 0.25mg E5D. What you think?

Thanks bru.

I will be using for 7 weeks past last deca pin Ron, i dont need problems with my third leg bro.
IMO i think your dosage is a little low, either 0.25mgx2 per week or 0.5mg E5D
