You shouldn't need to. But put it this way - if you could only handle 80mcg at a weight of 90Kg, then gained 20Kg of muscle and a bit of fat and now weighed 115Kg you would need around 100mcg or more to get the same effect now.

Same breakfast for ages lads and lases, any alternatives:
Two and a half cups raw oats, three scoops of evox whey, twenty raisins and 10 almonds.
An hour later 8 eggs whites with 2 yolks
Suggestions much appreciated...

You tried this new Futurelife stuff? Not bad if in a smoothie with a banana, some peanut butter and a spoon of honey.

How do you eat the eggs Fillet?

Try some lean mince and either potato or rice.

I cant really share Rhino as its a paid for diet... I was just looking for another brk alternative

Eat every 2.5 hrs and some meals are large as with breakfast and some give me less cals but good protein and essential fats.

So just break down the macros and swap them out. Like you could swap the oats and whey with mince/potatoes and olive oil or even chicken/rice olive oil and then swap the eggs for a whey and penutbutter shake.
Otherwise just contact your coach and get him to change it up.

Go big or go home...

Eish this gets tougher everyday.
I really have to work harder in the kitchen.

You suggest I maybe see a dietician bru? Cause you obviously know how to set up your diet properly.

Start with a 40/40/20 and go from there, you may do better on a 50/30/20

We all different bud but the principles are in the diet stickies, example i can handle mass amounts of carbs and actually if i dont have mass amounts i get shaky and start sweating - generally ill.

Only reason i pay for my diet now is i need to pack that lean mass on to achieve my goals.

Never give up bro, to start at 40 takes a lot

The rest of us bungholes have been lifting since we were lads so its a routine now and a day without gym is hell. Lifting is like breathing, it has to be done.
