Unfortunately/fortunately I found out today that I will be traveling to europe over christmas. this gives me a total of 13 weeks since beginning of the test till the day I fly.
Seeing as I have already started the test cyp and winny I was considering leaving the more exotic products (tren and var) for next year until I can guarantee I will be able to use them to their full potential.
This leaves me with test cyp, win inj, proviron and t3.
I am planning on bumping test up and run win as follows:
wk 2-10: Test cyp 750mg
wk 1-4: Win Inj 50mg p/d
wk 1-13: Proviron 40mg p/d
wk 2-13: 500iu HCG p/w
wk 9-13 winstrol/tbol/methyltren(depending on reviews) for bridge.
For PCT I will get my Dr to write me a script for clomid and nolva so I can take them over with me.
PCT: 50mg clomid x14 days then nolva 20mg till end.
Still deciding on adding the t3, a small dose may be beneficial for anabolism as well as leaning out. although I could add reverzine or clen.
Any thoughts on my plans for my proposed cycle?

Yes. Stay away from the T3!

the prop effects my stomach for some reason hence the cyp. I just didnt wat to go all out on cycle and then not be eating as well as I could be post cycle while on holiday etc. I've still got a week before tren was supposed to be added so can ponder for a while.
leave the var maybe for next cycle as i hav never used that before?
Hows this for size with your proposed 6-8weeks tren
wk 2-10: Test cyp 750mg
wk 1-4: Win Inj 50mg p/d
wk 4-11: tren 400mg p/w
wk 1-13: Proviron 40mg p/d
wk 2-13: 500iu HCG p/w
then pct?
besides the fact that some are concerned with higher side effects with high test low tren is there any other reason one would follow this route? im trying to gain the most solidness from this cycle but a few extra kg's never hurt anyone

250mg test, 400mg tren, 350mg winny, 280mg proviron per weekis more than enough anabolics to build a brick shithouse out of wood.

Maltodextrin as a pre isn't a great , it'll pas through your system to quickly and you'll crash from the sugars
you should be having that with Whey post workout to restore glycogen levels and then have your chicken and rice an hour later.
Rather try whey/coconut oil Pre workout. BPak swears by it and I've been using it lately with great results. Coconut oil is a great source of energy. Plus then you'll be nicely depleted and 60g Maltodextrin/60g whey will go exacataly where you want it to go straight after
Training.
I understand your on very low carbs at the moment but you'll seriously need to up them to gain. Like you say add another 70g of carbs to your 12 and 3 o'clock meal.

But i started a whole thread on my diet and no one answered hey Rhino.
Your advice would be helpful thanks Rhino but:
Why are you having Fats and no Carbs post workout? Your diet needs help Bud.
100g oats has 70g carbs? I realise they are slow release though, was advised to have almonds post work out as a source of protein as eggs also irritate my stomach. in the process of getting egg whites
Maltodextrin as a pre isn't a great , it'll pas through your system to quickly and you'll crash from the sugars
you should be having that with Whey post workout to restore glycogen levels and then have your chicken and rice an hour later.
I thought the malto+amino acids before would be substantial, and I however have lactose intolerance and therefore any whey is out of the question

Unfortunately coconut oil does not sit well with me either

Bearing these in mind, I have tried to come up with the best suited diet.
I will definitely add avo/ flaxseed to my 6.30pm meal!
Thanks for the comments!

Eish you got delt a bad constitution for Bodybuilding and all the gear in the world won't make you grow to your potential unless you learn to find the rite food sources at the rite times, unfortunately I no very little about lactose intolerant and the likes diets as I can eat anything all day long.
You want quick digesting protein and carbs post workout no fats. Nuts and nut butter should be seen as fat sources and not protein. All the fats slow down digestion and that's the last thing you want post workout. So if you can't have whey you'll need to look into pea protien or something like that to have with your Dextrose.
For pre go with oats/raisins and at least 20g of Bcaa's .
I no Ice-rip has a similar issue maybe he'll see your thread. People probable haven't replied to this type of diet because it's far out of the Body Building real.

People often confuse getting gas from whey protein with lactose intolerance. It can be lactose causing the problem but sometimes it's an intolerance to the protein isolate. Another thing is that when you abstain from dairy products for a while your body starts producing much less lactase (the enzyme to digest lactose) than normal and you can get the symptoms of being lactose intolerant even though you are not.
40g of whey isolate will give you about 35g protein with only 0.4g lactose.

Bud if you had any idea what a struggle I've been through you would probably have told me to give up long ago..
Through continual testing of different foods I have found what works for me. so now I just have to ramp up my intake then!
I've tried pea protein and bloats me badly, but will give it a go with 50g malto post work out.
have tried Brown rice protein as well and that nails me as well :pinch:
How long before training should I have oats and raisins and how much do u reckon, 60g oats + handful raisins?
So ill start with bumping my food up but will aim for this as the goal? :
4.30AM 60g Oats + raisins + 20g bcaa's
5.00AM train
6.00AM 60g maltodextrin + 40g pea protein
7.00AM 100g Oats + going to try egg protein powder as well as liquid whites
9.30AM 200g chicken fillet + 100g basmati rice
12.30PM 200g chicken + 350g sweet potato
3.00PM 250g ostrich/tuna + 100g basmati rice
6:30PM 200g chicken + green salad + 200g avo
9.00PM 150g Ostrich + 15 almonds
Is that looking any better?

I have tried whey isolate and did get those symptoms, as with any idea I am willing to try it again.
I originally thought i had dairy intolerance therefore making and dairy product redundant!
Will sample some whey isolate even if I have to throw in some digestive enzymes for now!

MA, "SUCK" is a huuuuuge understatement  I have learnt to live with it though, eating as much whole food as I can does me well!

Otherwise your diet looks much better already, ye 60g of oats some raisins and 20g of bcaas an hour before if possible you really want to give it time to leave your stomach. If you don't have time give the Bcaas/maltodextrine ago but like I said half before and half while you train. Creamass would be better if you do it like that though because it's mainly waxy maize which will pass through the stomach really quickly.

welcome to my life!! :silly:
I read an article once on an international board on using bcaa's solely instead of whey think this has any merit?
