Intermediate Test and Deca cycle

750 test is not necessary, at my weight I rarely push more than 600 pw if I am adding other steroids in the mix such as yourself. I use less test and more 19 nor and/or whatever else I am adding in the mix.

Been using adex 0.5mg every 3rd day and in some cases once a week. I been taking it easy on adex assuming I would not see much sides. On my last cycle I ran adex at 0.5mg EOD and saw no estrogen sides at all.

Why change something that has worked. Run your AI. Same as last cycle. If it doesn't settle. Up it to 1mg EOD and reduce back to 0.5mg EOD once it settles.

BTW. My stats are similar to yours. Completed same cycle with great results. With no sides

Guys I still need some more perspective on the best way to deal with these gyno sides.I have the tools on hand but need some direction.

I don't personally like advising on 19nor related side effects. The thing is progesterone is less likely with lower estrogen levels

I was wondering what took you so long Pump. You the know it all about gyno.
So I been using 5 drops of letro and arimidex at 0.5mg. Gyno has since gone down a bit.

Will this be enough to clear the gyno or can I accelerate things somehow?

Hey man, it isn't a quick fix as if you push the dose to high it can cripple you. I've had letro dry my knees out so bad that I wasn't able to stand longer than a couple minutes, then it took months to recover from it. I picked up every dose of flue that was around, I was run down, I didn't have a libido for months. If you have been on the letro for over 3 weeks you can safely drop the Adex and keep that dose of Letro. Don't touch the area as bad as you may want to, then once this has settled down you will probably need aromasin while you tapper of Letro to prevent rebound.

Yeah I also went mad with Aromasin in 2014 and I also died out my knees and elbows and crippled my Immune system only recovered late 2015 but joints are still an issue

I am 6 weeks into my 12 week cycle. If I add in aromasin at 20mg EOD and hcg at 500iu per week. Would I have to still use these Compounds during pct?

If your balls are the size of peanuts when you hit PCT, yes you will need HCG.

So I started aromasin yesterday at 20mg and stopped using the adex. I'm feeling that my gyno is still there nd has not gone away yet. A lump under each nipple.

I'm thinking that the aromasin still needs to work into the system?

Aromasin does not remove existing gyno.

You will have to get Letro and Nolvadex to try and remove the lumps

Guys I would say from day one the deca has been making me feel down. Like MA mentioned deca affects our feel good hormones. I'm at a point right now due to personal circumstances where I'm am feeling even worst. I'm really down and feeling depressed.

What are my alternative? I am 7 weeks into my cycle. I already finished a bottle of deca 350mg.im doing test at 500mg. Do I switch to npp? Or must I just cut the deca out for now and do test only?
On my last cycle I did test and tren and felt amazing throughout the cycle even on pct. It's a pity I don't feel as good this time round on deca

OK. I will do that from this week. Let's hope I start feeling better. I don't think I will do deca in a hurry again, it doesn't seem to like me much.

Think about this. Why dont you change over to NPP and see how that goes? Deca fucks me up, NPP doesnt.

Yes oupa, hence why I asked if I should rather switch to npp. I have read some post from you regarding npp and how you recommend it ahead of deca especially for new users.

How would you suggest I run the npp? I haven't really looked into this compound much. Dosage?

300/400mg a week is a good dose and you can get away with only pinning twice a week rather than eod

PGW NPP 450mg per week. What brand your using again?
